| 中文摘要: | 在竞争激烈的市场环境中,建设信息化企业已经成为提升企业核心竞争力的有效手段。ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning,企业资源计划)系统作为企业核心信息管理系统为企业提高运营效率、降低管理成本开销、强化企业管理和执行能力、落实企业战略提供了坚强保障。从上世纪90年代开始,国内企业开始接触ERP的概念,并开始在企业内部署ERP系统致力于加强企业管理水平,优化资源配置,提升企业竞争能力。但企业在实施ERP的过程中,往往对企业实施ERP系统的困难认识不足,在企业投入大量的人力和资金后,上线的ERP系统并没有达成企业实施系统的目标。企业ERP系统成功上线≠上线成功,ERP系统成功上线,只是ERP系统建设的第一步。ERP上线后能否发挥其强大的功能,切实提升企业管理水平和执行能力,关键在“应用”。本文以A电力公司提高ERP系统应用水平为研究对象,采用平衡计分卡理论,结合平衡计分卡四维度对企业战略与执行的支持,建立平衡计分卡从财务、客户、内部运营和学习与成长四个维度与ERP各业务的关联关系,构建ERP系统应用指标体系及考评办法,推动ERP系统的深化应用,服务于企业战略和管理能力的提升,并对执行效果进行总结和提炼。本文共分五章,第一章 绪论 介绍选题和研究的背景与方法;第二章 相关理论与文献回顾,介绍ERP及平衡记分卡相关理论与应用;第三章 平衡计分卡与ERP系统关系构建;第四章 A电力公司ERP应用案例;第五章 总结与展望。针对此个案研究,可以对已经实施ERP系统并着力于加强和深化应用的企业提供借鉴和参考。当然,本文针对特定电网企业,对其企业类型的企业,如生产制造、快速消费品等其他行业,仅供方法借鉴,指标不具完全参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the competitive market environment, construction and information technology enterprises has become an effective means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system as the enterprise core information management system to improve operational efficiency, reduce management overhead costs, strengthen enterprise management and implementation capacity, the implementation of the corporate strategy to provide a strong guarantee. Beginning in the 1990s, the domestic enterprises came into contact with the concept of ERP and begin deployment in the enterprise ERP system is committed to strengthen the corporate governance standards, optimize the allocation of resources, enhance corporate competitiveness. Enterprises in the process of implementation of ERP enterprise difficulties in understanding the implementation of the ERP system, a lot of manpower and funds invested in the enterprise, ERP systems on the line and did not reach the goal of enterprises to implement the system. Enterprise ERP system on-line success not equal successful on-line ERP system successfully, it’s just the first step in the construction of ERP system. ERP on-line can play its powerful features, and effectively improve the management level and ability to execute the key in the "application". In this paper, a power company to improve the level of ERP system applications for the research object, using the Balanced Scorecard theory, combined with the support of the Balanced Scorecard four dimensions of corporate strategy and execution, to establish the Balanced Scorecard from financial, customer, internal operations and learning with the growth of the four dimensions and ERP business relationships, build ERP system applications index system and evaluation schemes to promote the deepening of applications, services, and corporate strategy and management capabilities of the ERP system upgrade, and performs summarized and refined. The paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter describes the background and method of the topics and research; Chapter two Theory and review of the literature, describes ERP and Balanced Scorecard theory and application; Chapter three Balanced Scorecard relations with ERP; Chapter four A power company ERP application case with BSC; Chapter five Summary and Outlook. For this case study, has been the implementation of the ERP system and focus on deepening and strengthening the application of the enterprise to provide reference.
