This paper discusses the Beijing Unicom business outsourcing the subjective and objective factors and background, analysis of outsourcing strategy principle and economic cost, and points out that the service outsourcing work to correctly handle problems, discusses the outsource companies selection and work the respect such as assessment practices and standards.
