中文摘要:随着国内建筑市场的逐步对外开放,国有建筑公司面临着前所未有的激烈竞争。在新形势下,国有建筑企业必须改变经营观念,在拓展市场的同时,积极进行项目管理模式创新,向管理要效益。针对这一当前建筑公司发展的要求,本文从山西省第三建筑工程公司(以下简称山西三建)项目管理创新的角度出发,对项目管理模式、项目管理创新的实践以及管理创新的效果和存在的问题进行了分析研究。论文首先分析了管理创新的迫切性及可行性,指出了企业的发展既要依赖科技的创新,也必须要依赖管理的创新,在变革中寻找不变的客观规律,调整机制、调动员工的活力,增强员工的责任意识,降低成本、提高效益。其次是以山西三建的项目管理模式为框架对本公司项目管理的现状进行了归纳分析并以本公司下属分、子公司(晋城华丰奥通混凝土工程有限公司、土建和安装分公司等分公司)的改制为案例,着重分析了公司原有项目管理模式的特点及其存在的问题,针对性的提出了“项目活则公司活,项目赢则公司赢,项目发展则公司发展”的管理创新的基本思路。论文最后从《山西三建工作职责管理手册》的实施效果,即企业管理、经济效益、社会效益、生态效益方面得出项目管理创新是企业发展的核心,是企业的灵魂。 
英文摘要:With domestic construction market will gradually open up, the state-owned construction company facing unprecedented fierce competition. In the new situation, the state-owned construction enterprise must change their management concepts, and in expanding the market at the same time, actively carries out project management mode innovation, economic efficiency and to the management. According to the current construction company development requirements, this paper, from Shanxi Province third construction engineering company (here inafter referred to as " Shanxi 3rd CEC”) project management innovation Angle, to the project management model, project management innovation practice and management innovation effect and analyzed the existing problems. The second is Shanxi 3rd CEC project management pattern for this company project management framework of the present situation to carry on the inductive analysis and with the company subordinate points, subsidiary (by Huafeng Aotong concrete engineering co., LTD., civil construction and installation of branch company branch) for restructuring case, focusing on the analysis of the original company project management pattern of the characteristics and existing problems, countermeasures were put forward "project is the company live live, project win the company win, project development is the development of the company" management innovation of the basic train of thought.
