中文摘要:在社会经济竞争日趋激烈的今天,民营企业能否在产业市场中得以生存,关键在于企业是否具有良好的人力资源管理体系结构,对于企业来说人力资源管理模式的优劣是企业发展的核心动力,任何企业的发展都离不开人力资源管理的配置与优化。发达面粉集团公司在面粉行业位于国内前列,作为行业型民营企业,在推动国家企业体制改革和缓解社会就业压力等方面发挥着重要的作用。但是,公司在人力资源管理运用效果上却不是非常显著。究其原因,主要是公司在用人观念和人力资源管理机制方面存在着缺陷,在一定程度上阻碍了公司发展的步伐。另一方面,与大型企业、特别是跨国外资企业人力资源相比,其产业竞争并不占优势。本文从理论与实际的结合上进行研究。通过阅读有关文献和收集相关的数据,针对发达面粉集团有限公司在人力资源管理中存在的问题及原因,提出了几点可行的用于完善民营企业人力资源管理的整改措施。第一章绪论。主要阐述了研究背景与文献综述,研究的问题、目的和意义,研究方法。第二章为人力资源管理的相关理论。主要阐述了与本课题研究相关的基础理论和人力资源管理对企业发展的现实意义。第三章为发达面粉集团有限公司人力资源管理的发展现状。阐述了公司实施人力资源管理的背景,影响人力资源管理实施的因素及目前所存在的问题。第四章是发达面粉集团有限公司人力资源管理体系优化方案。在论述了公司进行人力资源管理优化的必要性和相关原则的基础上,结合发达面粉集团有限公司的现状,给出较为合理的人力资源管理优化方案。第五章为发达面粉集团有限公司人力资源管理体系优化方案实施保障及效果。在实施保障上从领导重视和部门定位两个方面进行了详细论述。在优化方案实施效果上,阐述了优化体系实施以后所取得的各项效果及影响。通过实际案例从提高企业经营者自身的各方面素质、公司领导人和中高层人员的支持、建立职业培训机制、建立完善的激励机制、重视人力资源规划、创造和谐的工作环境、加强企业文化建设等几方面提出完善企业人力资源管理的整改措施。
