中文摘要：	中国加入WTO后，我国外贸行业已进入全面开放时期。中国外贸企业在面临激烈竞争的同时，也面临着来自全球的复杂的风险，财务风险便是其中的一种重要风险，对企业的经营活动有着重大影响。但我国企业尚未建立起完善的风险管理制度，这也是大量外贸企业在金融危机中破产的一个重要原因。本文旨在对外贸企业的财务风险管理进行全面的介绍，为外贸企业在实际操作中建立风险管理制度提供参考。全文共分五章：第一章 导论。介绍中国外贸行业的变革历程，外贸企业面临的挑战和机遇。第二章 文献综述。参考学术文献，分析外贸企业的财务风险以及财务风险管理，并讨论几种重要的外贸风险及其控制措施。分别从风险的定义、特点、成因等方面对外贸企业的风险进行阐述。从风险管理的概念、相关理论、机制和程序等方面论述外贸企业的财务风险管理，并重点分析了货币资金风险、汇率风险和信用风险这三种风险的管理措施。第三章 节点管理的理论基础。研究节点管理的理论基础。第四章 节点管理的实践。以建材进出口公司为研究案例，从节点管理的体制设计、实际操作和效果等层面探讨节点管理的实践。第五章 总结及展望。对企业财务风险管理进行总结和展望。
英文摘要：	After China entering WTO, Chinese foreign trade enterprises are competing in a global market. They are facing much more complicated risk as well as more fierce competition. Financial risk is one kind of important risks which will influence business directly. However, most Chinese foreign trade enterprises haven’t established advanced risk management system which is one reason that so many companies went broke in the financial crisis. This paper aims to have a thorough research on financial risk management of foreign trade enterprises, providing guidance and reference to foreign trade enterprises. The structure of paper is following: Chapter 1: Introduction. Introduce the history and development of trading industry. Give a description of the opportunities and challenges faced by foreign trade enterprises. Chapter 2: Literature Review. Summarize relevant academic literature. Describe financial risk of foreign trade enterprises from the prospects of concepts, characteristics and origins, and have a outline of risk control theory. Finally, Emphasize on several important risk and its management methods. Chapter 3: Theoretical Foundation of Financial Risk Management Based on Node Management. Taking China National Building Materials & Equipment Imp & Exp Corp as an example, introduce the theoretical foundation of Node Management Chapter 4: Practice of Node Management. Evaluate Node Management from aspects of the system design, operation and result. Chapter 5: Conclusion and Prospects.
