中文摘要:过去的二十多年中,在中国市场上,民营企业的发展非常迅猛。通过创业者的艰苦努力,凭借着改革开放的大好时机,赢得了财富与尊重。上世纪80年代初,以日本松下、索尼、东芝为代表的跨国公司大举进入我国市场,使我们了解到世界顶级企业的经营模式和人力资源管理理念,对中国企业产生了深远影响。传统的人事管理早已不适应企业发展的需求,人力资源管理已进入战略人力资源管理的时代,成为了企业发展战略的重要组成部分。绩效管理就是通过个人绩效的实现来完成组织的战略目标。战略人力资源管理模式下的绩效管理,强调以个人绩效为中心,把个人的目标实现与企业的战略发展有机结合起来,从而提高企业的竞争优势。战略人力资源管理是对人力资源活动影响企业绩效的过程和结果进行研究,结合企业绩效评价维度:财务维度指标、顾客维度指标、员工学习与成长维度指标、发展能力维度指标等,分析出与人力资源管理相关的企业绩效评价指标。并通过建立人力资源管理对企业绩效的影响模型,以人力资源管理活动为主线,从个人和组织两个层面论述该模型的作用机理。最后,针对众德公司人力资源管理现阶段存在的问题加以分析,从长远角度提出人力资源管理的建议和改进方法。本文从民营企业的发展角度,结合战略人力资源管理理论,通过对绩效管理深入研究,找出民营企业战略人力资源管理中存在的问题。运用众德公司作为案例,分析其存在的问题,找出改进方案,并对方案的实施进行评价。使员工的个人目标和企业的战略规划相结合,增强竞争力,形成可持续发展。 
英文摘要:The past twenty years in the Chinese market, the development of private enterprises is very rapid. Through the entrepreneurs of hard work, with the reform and open policy the good opportunity, won the wealth and respect. At the same time in the early 1980s Japan Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba as the representative of the Multi-National Corporation enters our country market in a large-scale, make us understand the world's top business operation mode and concept of human resources management in Chinese enterprises, produced far-reaching effect. The traditional personnel management has not adapted to the needs of enterprise development, human resources management has entered the era of strategic human resource management, has become an important part of company strategy. Performance management is through individual performance to complete the strategic goals of the organization. Strategic human resources management mode of the performance management, emphasis on personal performance, personal goals and business strategy development organically, thus enhances the enterprise competitive advantage. Strategic human resource management is the human resources activities affect the process of enterprise performance and result of the research, combining enterprise performance evaluation dimensions: the financial dimension index, customer dimension index, the employee to study and growth dimension index, development capability dimension index, analysis of the human resources management related enterprise performance evaluation index. And through the establishment of human resource management to enterprise performance influence model to human resource management activities as the main line, from the individual and organizational aspects discusses the model of the mechanism. At last according to the zhongde enterprise human resources management to analyze the existing problems, in the long run, proposed the human resources management Suggestions and improvement methods. This article from the perspective of the development of private enterprises, combining the theory of strategic human resource management, the performance management research, find out the strategy of private enterprises human resources management problems. Application of the ZHONGDE company as a case, analyzes the existing problems, find out the improvement scheme, and the implementation of evaluation. The staff's personal goals and the strategy of the enterprise plan combination, enhance competition ability, form sustainable development.
