中文摘要:建筑安装行业是一种专业化程度较高的行业,由于其业务的个性化和区域性,建筑安装企业在组织内部通常采取独立运作机构的做法,同时由于其专业性特征,建筑安装企业又需要协同外部合作者,所以建筑安装企业的运作呈现出典型的网络化发展趋势:一是企业外部网络的发展,因为随着分工的深入,每个企业无法自行生成其产品所需的所有物品和配件,而必须从其它交易者处获取资源,联合供应商、设计院、劳务公司等合作伙伴所形成的企业间网络,日益成为建筑安装企业谋求发展的重要方式。二是企业内部的网络化趋势,传统建筑安装企业的运作大都建立在行政命令体系下,公司偏向于通过统一的计划指令实现资源的配置和协调,强调集权和命令统一,但随着环境不确定性的增强和竞争的日趋激烈,过于集权的组织制度不足以调动各部门及分公司、子公司的积极性,并且不利于应对多变的环境,于是企业内部的网络化倾向受到重视,典型表现为独立运作单元如事业部、分公司或项目经理部的形成与发展。然而网络组织与合作优势之间并不存在天然的线性关系,网络组织必须要治理才能实现组织间的互动、整合与协同。在建筑安装行业中,各行为主体既存在合作关系但同时又是竞争的,建筑安装项目本身的复杂性导致网络参与者之间的信息不对称严重,内部成员或外部伙伴的机会动机强烈,而母公司作为总承包商所承担的风险非常大,如何协调这些矛盾关系在实际的管理过程中是非常必要的。本文将对这一问题进行研究并提出相应的治理策略。本文共七章,从研究的的背景和意义入文,界定了本文涉及的基本概念和研究主题,回顾并综述了经济学与管理学的相关理论,通过对建筑安装企业网络组织特征的研究,剖析其结构现状和运行风险,分析了网络组织的成员多样性、结构复杂性和动态性特征。并提出了相应的治理策略。文中还以青安建设公司网络组织结构与治理为实例进行了分析。并在结尾处简单归纳了本文主要观点和指出研究的不足之处。 
英文摘要:Construction and installation is a professional industry. The construction and installation programs are usually individualized and localized that means the Construction and Installation Company should adopt appropriate method to fit the condition. With the sincere of competition, more and more Construction and Installation Companies try to change their traditional management modes to adapt the new competitive environment. The main trend is networking. The Construction and Installation Company likes to form network organization to increase efficiency: (1) the development of outside network. In a specialized world, every firm can’t afford all what it need, but depend on the other firms’ resources. Construction and Installation Company should cooperate with the equipment supplier, design institute and the other outsourcing firms. They try to build alliance relationship and long-term contract cooperation. (2) The development of inner network. Traditional organization of Construction and Installation Companies are based on authority and command line, it is not good for headquarter to stimulate the sub-companies’ initiative and creativity. More Construction and Installation Companies begin to set up SBU or divisional structure. All the SBU or Business divisions are act as self-governed profit center those have full power of operation. Network organization is a popular phenomenon in the world now. But the networking does not mean cooperation competitiveness. Network competitiveness is related to efficient management in the network organization. In the Construction and Installation Companies network, all the participants are both cooperators and competitors. There have different purposes and some of their purposes may be conflict with each other. How to settle all this problems to gain a good effect? It is useful for the development of Construction and Installation Companies. This paper tries to have a research on it. The paper is divided into seven chapters altogether, which enters from the study of the background and meaning , defines the basic concept and study subject referred to the paper and reviews and summarizes the relative theory of economics and management through studying the characteristic for enterprise network organization of building & installation, and dissects existing structure status and operation risk, analyses members variety of the network organization and the distinction of complexity and dynamics of the structure, raises the relevant administrative strategy. The paper also analyses the network organization structure and management by the example of Qingdao Installation & Construction Co., Ltd. and briefly concludes the main viewpoint and indicates the study shortcomings at the end of the paper.
