| 中文摘要: | 本文的研究目的是探讨如何针对快速食品行业特点,提升其经营与管理水平,增强其市场竞争力。本文以产业经济、经营模式和连锁经营理论为指导,以京广家商贸集团的连锁经营模式为研究对象,在对快速食品行业市场及京广家商贸集团目前经营状况进行充分调研基础上,制定了京广家商贸集团连锁经营战略规划。本文从中国快速食品产业发展现状,以及京广家商贸集团的市场定位出发,综合考虑区域经济发展水平及消费市场的实际需求,从经营业态、经营模式、管理体系三个方面提出了京广家商贸集团的连锁经营模式的调整规划,并从制度、人才、质量、品牌等多个方面进一步阐述了规划实施的具体措施和政策建议。本论文的创新点在于,从理论与实际相结合的角度,以京广家商贸集团为例,基于快速食品连锁经营、企业可持续发展等理论,对快速食品销售企业的发展模式进行了探索性研究。文章从我国快速食品行业的业态细分入手,针对对快速食品外卖、面点面食等连锁经营业务的行业特点,总结分析了其在运营过程中存在的问题,为提炼、归纳快速食品连锁企业的经营模式提供有价值的参考。另外,本文在分析京广家商贸集团运营模式及存在的问题基础上,为快速食品企业连锁经营模式的建立提出了相应的政策建议。本文全文共分七章:第一章是绪论部分,内容包括选题背景与选题意义,研究思路、方法与研究内容,以及国内外研究现状等三节内容;第二章是相关理论基础,内容涉及快速食品行业连锁经营业态分布及特点、我国快速食品外卖业态与连锁经营,以及面点面食业态与连锁经营、快速食品连锁企业的营销特征等四部分内容;第三章是京广家商贸集团经营模式分析;第四章是京广家连锁经营方式分析;第五章是京广家连锁经营发展体系建设;第六章是京广家经营模式的改进与实施;第七章本文的结论部分。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The purpose of this study was to explore how the characteristics of fast food industry to enhance its operation and management level, and enhance their market competitiveness. Industrial economics, strategic management and chain management theory to the the Jingguang Traders Group chain business model for the study in the current business of the fast food industry market conditions and the Beijing-Guangzhou Traders Group, a full investigation on the basis of to develop a the the Jingguang Traders Group chain operations strategic planning.
