中文摘要:2005年天津滨海新区被列入“十一五”规划并纳入国家发展战略,成为国家重点支持,开发开放的国家级新区。为配合滨海新区发展,为区内提供优质金融服务,2007年底滨海银行组建成立,成为首家总部坐落于滨海新区的具有独立法人资格的新型股份制银行。天津滨海农村商业银行历经近四年的发展,整体资产及利润规模得到了较大提升。但是在经历了快速发展之后,目前也遭遇到了发展瓶颈,主要体现在客户结构不合理、存款结构单一、存款增长乏力、业务产品种类匮乏等方面。此次论文的主要目的及意义在于以占银行核心地位的公司业务拓展策略的研究,来推进解决滨海银行在客户结构、存款结构、发展动力、以及产品线方面的发展提升。同时推动风险控制、人力资源、营销体系、系统平台等方面的提升改造。面对日趋复杂的外部环境挑战和内部压力,天津滨海农村商业银行如何选择一条新型的发展战略,才能在未来激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,避免被边缘化,这不仅是一个理论问题,更是一个严肃的现实选择。本文共分为五章,第一章着重介绍了论文的研究背景、意义以及方法和内容。第二章对天津滨海农村商业银行拓展公司业务的经营环境进行了分析。着重介绍了天津滨海农村商业银行概况,并对天津滨海农村商业银行主要业务运营情况和天津滨海农村商业银行公司业务的地位进行了介绍,分析了天津滨海农村商业银行公司业务发展存在的问题。第三章主要论述了天津滨海农村商业银行公司业务拓展策略的选择,重点研究了如何拓展公司客户、如何扩大市场份额,并最大限度的维护、巩固原有客户资源。第四章着重介绍了天津滨海农村商业银行公司业务拓展策略的实施,通过组建高素质的营销队伍、完善客户关系管理、开展公共关系活动和构建新型银企关系等一系列方法展现了天津滨海农村商业银行公司业务策略拓展目前的实施情况。第五章为结论部分,对全文进行了总结和归纳。
