中文摘要：	改革开放三十多年后的中国社会呈现出一系列深刻的变化，其中以推行独生子女政策、人口快速老龄化、教育水平稳步提高、有产者数量众多等现象较为突出，这些因素的相互作用，产生出传统社会不曾有过的社会问题和需求。以养生怡趣乐享人生为目标，吸收有养生养老和理财需求的人士为会员，委托信誉卓著的机构担当代理人，监管养生养老复合理财项目的运营过程及结果，以互联网为依托组建蜘蛛网状的组织经营结构，选择资信一流的律师团队和金融机构作为合作伙伴，以合同为钮带将产业链上各环节的利益、风险、责任整体外包，经营内容及合同条款尽量公开透明，用公开的商业信誉促使各参与单位规范运营。养生养老复合金融理财项目的难点，一是如何构建委托代理关系，保证产业中的信任链条坚固持久。二是在政府性部门、金融机构、非政府组织、互联网公司中选择谁更适合承担项目主体的重任。三是养生养老会员与金融理财对接过程中的业务模式如何设计，期间的法律经济关系怎样才能健全有效。四是如何在互联网上设计、搭建和运营蜘蛛网状的专业网站。五是养生养老会员的招募和维护，并在此基础上构建可扩展的关系数据库。本文试图在现代项目管理理论的指导下，通过文献、案例、论证的方式对项目模式设计和管理运行模式等相关问题进行探讨，对可供选择的解决方案进行比较分析，为探索解决有产者老而无忧乐享天年的社会问题尽一点微薄之力。
英文摘要：	After more than 30 years of reform and opening, Chinese society appears a series of profound changes, of which outthrusting of the implementation of the one-child policy, rapid population aging, education level improved steadily, numerous people of property, the interaction of these factors produces some social problems and demands which had never been seen in the traditional society. As the goal of preserving one's healthy and happy life ,the compound project establishes webbed organization and takes charge of the project financing operation process and the result ,by absorbing the people with endowment and financing needs as the members, and authorizing creditworthy institutions as agent .The project meanwhile choosing the credit first-class lawyer team and financial institutions as the partners, overall outsourcing manages the industrial chain of interests, risks, responsibilities by normative contracts, in which the management content and the terms of the contracts as far as possible open , to precipitate standard operation with public business reputation. There are several difficulties in designing the financing compound project .The one is how to construct the principal-agent relationship, to guarantee the trust in the industry chain. The second difficult point is how to choose the most suitable unit to bear the responsibility for the project, among the government department, financial institutions, non-governmental organizations and internet companies. The third is how to design the business model to joint the project members and the financial services, and how to insure the financial relations legal and effective. The fourth one is how to design, build and operate the professional web. The fifth is how to take the membership recruitment and maintenance, further to construct the extensible relational database. This paper discusses some questions about the compound financing project design and management mode in accordance with modern project management theory ,trying to explore the solution of the social dilemma of the old to nourish and pension.The paper compares and analyzes the alternative ways through literature research and case study, to promote the way out of the social dilemma.
