| 中文摘要: | 自20世纪80年代后期以来,我国的管理咨询业伴随着企业转换经营机制、民营经济的成长以及海外管理咨询公司的进驻,已经成为21世纪新的经济增长点。虽然我国的市场经济催生了一大批优秀的管理咨询企业,但我国的管理咨询机构面临的挑战还是非常严峻的。其中最大的问题就是我国的咨询机构还未形成自身的流程体系。许多咨询机构使用的流程体系还是从国外直接生搬硬套来的,或者是凭主观经验制定的,缺乏一定的科学性,不太适合中国的国情。此外,国际间合作交流的加深、国际咨询业市场的发展、企业对管理咨询的重视、信息产业技术的进步都为管理咨询业提供了良好的外部保障因素。同时,企业的内部环境是保证企业管理咨询正常运行的内部条件与内部氛围。但是很多时候企业的内部因素直接阻碍了咨询的有效实施。 因此,设计一套科学合理的咨询流程、分析咨询过程中各种保障因素对该流程的实施所发挥的支持作用,对我国管理咨询业有着重要的意义。这种咨询流程应有别于过去的那种以追求咨询方案通过、忽视咨询方案的操作与实施的模式。其主要特点是通过管理咨询活动的有效开展、知识传递和转移持续进行,一边帮助企业解决问题,一边教会企业管理者解决问题。这样,企业管理者可以从咨询顾问那里获取关于发现、分析和解决管理问题的思路和方法,从而有助于快速提高企业中高层管理团队的管理能力,培育和提升企业整体素质和能力,以后可以自己独立地、系统性地发现、思考和解决更多问题。在咨询项目实施过程中,各种保障因素从内外两个方向推动了整个项目的进程,成为项目成功实施、咨询目标顺利实现的助推力。 本文通过理论分析和案例研究,在介绍管理咨询的相关理论并且分析比较传统的咨询流程的基础上,结合我国管理咨询实践发展状况,系统总结了一套适合我国国情和企业实际情况的咨询流程。此外,本文还分析了在咨询流程实施过程中,内外部保障因素对整个项目实施所起到的支撑作用。最后,本文通过XF公司的案例论证了在实际操作当中有效的咨询流程在企业人力资源管理当中所发挥的作用,以及内外部保障因素对流程实施的有效支撑。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the end of the 1980’s, following the enterprises’ transformation of the management mechanism, the development of the private companies and the entering of the overseas consultation companies, the management consultation industry in China has become a new developing industry, and it has become the new increasing point of economy in the 21 century. Although the market economy in China has brought out several excellent management consultation companies, the challenges that the management consultation companies facing with are very drastic. The main problem that they facing with is that the management consultation agencies have not formed their own flow system. Many flow systems that the consultation agencies are using are absorbed directly from the foreign countries, or making up according to the experiences, lacking of scientific support, and they are not suit to the situation of China. Moreover, the growing of the international cooperation and communication, the development of the international consultation market, the recognition that the enterprise taking for the consultation and the advancing of the information technology supply good outer guarantee factors. And the inner environment is the inner condition and inner atmosphere to guarantee the normal practice of the management consultation. But sometimes the inner factors embarrass the implementation of the consultation directly. So, it is very important for the management consultation industry in China to design a set of scientific consultation flow. This flow should be different from the traditional model which pursuing the passing of the consultation scheme and ignoring the practicing and implementing of the scheme. The main point of the flow is to help the enterprise settle the problems and teach the managers how to settle the problems through the process of the consultation activities and the transformation of the knowledge. In this way, the managers can get the ideas about how to discover, analyze and settle the management problems. And all of these can advance the management ability of the management team, foster the entire ability of the enterprise, and the companies can discover, think out and settle more problems independently and systematically. In the process of consultation, all kinds of guarantee factors drive the course of the consultation from the inner side and outer side, and they guarantee the success of the consultation and the achievement of goal of the consultation. On the basis of introducing relevant theories , analyzing traditional consultation flows and combining the development of the consultation practice in China, through the analysis of theories and investigation of the cases, this thesis summarize a set of consultation flow that is fit with the present situation of our country and the enterprise. The thesis also analyzes the important parts that the outer and inner factors take to the practice of the consultation. In the last part, the thesis prove the validity of the new flow in the practice of human recourses management consultation, and the important part of the outer and inner guarantee factors through the case of XF companies. | |
