中文摘要:改革开放以来,许多中国企业尝试实施“走出去”经营战略,在国际化经营上取得了可喜的成绩,但也存在各种各样的问题。中国的废塑料再生利用企业天津坦波进出口贸易有限公司(以下简称坦波贸易公司)和其他的企业一样也在国际化经营的道路上经历过成功与挫折。废塑料进口是我国石油资源进口的重要补充,废塑料的再生利用对于我国节能减排、发展循环经济有着重要的作用。本文分析了坦波贸易公司以国际经济大循环为背景,从能源战略视角,选择进入国际市场寻找再生资源的必要性以及选择国际化经营所具备的条件,同时提出了进口废塑料利大于弊的一些有利因素。本文以循环经济理论、国际化经营理论、企业诚信经营理论为指导,以坦波贸易公司为案例,运用理论分析法、案例研究法和比较分析法相结合的研究方法,对其实施国际化经营的国际、国内及其内部的经营环境进行了较为深入的分析,在此基础上,系统地论述了该企业实施国际化经营的策略构成要素,并重点介绍了该公司为实施国际化经营策略所采取的各项保障措施,最后,总结了论文的研究结论并提出了今后的研究展望。 
英文摘要:Since the reform and opening up, many Chinese enterprises try to implement the operational strategy of “going out” and have made quantifying achievements in in-ternational operations. There are, however, still a variety of problems. Like most of the plastic recycling companies, Tianjin Tangible Trading Company has experienced both of successes and frustrations during the international operations. Importing waste plastics is an important supplement to China’s import of oil re-sources. Moreover, waste plastic recycling plays an important role in China’s energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on the gigantic cycling of international economy, this thesis analyzes the necessities for Tangible Trading Company to enter international market and to reach for renewal resources, and also the advantages to select the operational strategies of internationalization from the perspective of energy strategy. It also illustrates that the advantages to import waste plastics are more than disadvantages. On the guidance of the theories of cycling economy, operation of internationali-zation and ethical operation of enterprises, and taking Tangible Trading Company as an example, this thesis analyzes its internal environment as well as the domestic and international environments of Tangible Trading Company in its implementing the op-eration of internationalization. On this basis, this thesis deals with systematically the constructive elements of the company’s strategies to implement international opera-tions. Besides, it introduces focally the counter-measures for this company to imple-ment international operation strategies. In the end, this thesis makes some research conclusions and gives some advices to Tangible Trading Company.
