| 中文摘要: | 企业战略管理是确定企业使命,根据企业外部环境和内部经营要素确定企业目标,保证目标的正确落实并使企业使命最终得以实现的一个动态过程。企业战略规划至关重要,直接关系到企业未来几年甚至几十年的发展,企业没有高瞻远瞩的战略规划就会在社会发展中逐步随波逐流,进入低层次竞争,最终被淘汰;良好的企业战略可以让企业占领先机紧跟社会发展潮流,在企业竞争中始终处于价值链的上端,企业可以很好掌控市场掌控未来。本文以山东华鲁恒升集团为研究对象,首先介绍了企业战略管理有关发展历程、企业战略管理、战略规划与实施等相关理论和知识;剖析了山东华鲁恒升集团公司背景、发展过程、现状以及目前发展中存在的问题;其次,通过对山东华鲁恒升集团企业战略发展与规划的研究,查找企业存在的竞争优势和劣势,进一步确定了目前企业所处位置;再者,通过研究山东华鲁恒升集团企业发展战略与规划,制定了未来几年公司发展思路和指导思想,确定了企业发展目标,并对目标进行分解;最后,制定了目标实施计划,确保企业战略规划的实施。本论文通过结合山东华鲁恒升集团企业实际情况,采用SWOT战略分析方法进行企业战略与规划研究,分别进行了山东华鲁恒升集团的企业发展环境分析、竞争力分析、存在问题以及企业过去五年发展情况进行全面评估,制定了企业在今后企业战略定位、企业发展指导思想、企业发展目标、制定了战略调整重点与实施计划和保障措施,通过本次企业规划与发展的研究,今后企业发展思路更加清晰明确。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Enterprise Strategic Management is a dynamic process which to determine the enterprise mission, determine enterprise goal according to enterprise external environment and internal operating elements, ensure the goal be practicable correctly and realize enterprise mission. Enterprise Strategic planning is very important, directly related to the enterprise development of next few years or even decades. Without far-sighted strategic planning enterprise will drift gradually in the development of society, enter into low level competition and ultimately be eliminated. Good enterprise Strategic will make company gain some advantages, keep in step with the trend of social development, always be in the upper end of the value chain in the competition, well control the market and have a good future. Shandong hualu-hengsheng group was the subject investigated of this article. At first, this article introduced the theory and knowledge of enterprise Strategic management development process, strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, analyzed the background, the development process, present situation and development issues of Shandong hualu-hengsheng group; secondly, through the study of strategy development and planning of Shandong hualu-hengsheng group, found the existing advantages and disadvantages of this company, confirmed present development position further. Furthermore, through the development strategy and planning study of Shandong hualu-hengsheng group, this article worked out this company future development train of thought and guiding ideology, identified enterprise development goals and decomposed these goals. Finally, this article worked out the plan to ensure the implementation of enterprise strategic planning. This article combined with Shandong hualu-hengsheng group actual situation, using SWOT strategic analysis method for enterprise strategy and planning studies, analyzed development environment, Competitive forces and existing problems of this company, and evaluated the development situation in the past five years, worked out the future strategic positioning, development guiding ideology, development goals of this company, worked out Strategic adjustment key, plans of implementation and safeguards. Through this study of enterprise planning and development, this company development train of thought will be clearer in the future. | |
