中文摘要：	信息管理化是企业利用现代信息技术和信息管理方法，通过信息资源的深入开发和有效利用，不断提高生产、经营、管理、决策以及服务的效率和水平，进而提高企业经济效益和核心竞争力的过程。信息化管理的优劣，是体现一个企业经营管理现代化水平的重要标志。过去十几年来，国内的建筑行业保持了高速的发展，一大批建筑施工企业随之迅速成长起来。与此同时，建筑企业间的竞争不断加剧，整个建筑市场环境也更加复杂多变。于是，当今建筑施工企业之间的竞争不再仅仅是靠关系和低价，而是越来越多地取决于企业的快速应变能力、科学管理水平和项目运作质效等。在这种情况下，建筑施工企业，尤其是大型建筑施工企业集团，不断地利用信息化管理手段改善工程管理，可以更好地实现企业内部及与外部各利益相关者之间的沟通，从而提高营销、物流、项目运作和财务管理等诸方面的综合效率，确保企业的市场竞争力。作为天津市知名的大型建筑施工企业，天津三建公司注重不断提升工程管理水平，迎头追赶建筑行业信息化浪潮，为推进天津三建成为现代化、信息化、流程化的新型建筑施工企业打下基础。本文即以天津三建公司为研究对象，在梳理相关组织管理和信息化管理理论的基础上，剖析了天津三建的项目管理组织模式和工程管理状况，分析了公司管理信息化的基础，阐释了公司管理信息化的建设方向和实施规划，在此基础上，以“天津三建工程管理应用架构”中的关键要素为依据，分别从进度管理、成本管理、合同管理、安全质量管理、设备管理、人工与项目资金管理六个方面阐析了天津三建公司改进工程项目管理信息化的关键措施，继而分别从物资管理、招投标管理、网络平台配置三个方面阐析了天津三建工程项目管理信息化改进的基础措施。
英文摘要：	Information management is the use of modern information technology and information management methods, by which the information resources can be deeply developed and effectively applied to continuously improve the production, operation, management, decision-making, and service efficiency, and to enhance the economic efficiency and core competitiveness. The pros and cons of the information management is an important symbol to reflect the level of modernization management. During the past ten years, the domestic construction industry remains the high-speed development, and a large number of construction enterprises have grown up quickly. At the same time, the competition between construction enterprises is getting fiercer, and the overall environment of construction market is becoming more complex and changeable. Thus nowadays, the success of the competition between construction enterprises is no longer just rely on interpersonal relation or low price, but more and more dependent on enterprises’ rapid response capabilities, high-leveled scientific management and efficient project operation. In this case, the construction enterprises, especially large-scale construction enterprise groups, which continue to use information management tools to improve project management, will achieve better communication between the internal and external stakeholder. Thereby they will enhance the efficiency of marketing, logistics, project operation and financial management and ensure their market competitiveness. As a famous large construction and engineering enterprise in Tianjin, Tianjin Sanjian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd has attached much importance to the enhancement of the level of project management, and has caught up with the popularization trend of applying information technology in construction industry. And these had laid the foundation for a brand new construction enterprise’s modernization, informationalization, and process-orientation. This thesis takes Tianjin Sanjian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd as researching object. By reviewing the related theories of organizational management and information management, this research has analyzed Tianjin Sanjian’s the organization mode as well as the status of project management. It has also indicated the basis of information management and elaborated the corresponding implementation direction and planning. The key procedures for Tianjin Sanjian’s improving project information management are illustrated by 6 factors which are included in “Tianjin Sanjian’s project management application architecture”: progress management, cost management, contract management, safety and quality management, equipment management, labor and capital project management. And Tianjin Sanjian’s essential improvement measures of improving project management informationalization are explicated by material management, bid management and network platform configuration in this research.
