中文摘要: | 无论是国内还是国外,对于现代企业组织而言,拥有一套好的企业管理制度不仅可以节省企业的管理成本,而且还可以提高企业的管理效率。工程项目管理则作为建筑企业的核心管理部分,即决定着工程项目管理水平的高低,更加决定了建筑企业的发展与未来。本文以大元建业集团股份有限公司为研究对象,首先解释了建设工程项目、工程项目管理等概念,说明了公司未来发展计划,剖析了三年以来公司生产规模的扩张带来的项目管理水平相对弱化的问题,及其产生原因;其次对大元集团项目管理标准化现状分析,主要分析了公司进行项目标准化建设的背景、现状及存在的问题;然后,说明了大元集团项目基础管理标准化实施改进方案,通过对公司项目管理标准化体系的研究,在人力资源、沟通与信息、职业健康安全及环境三个方面进行深入设计并实施改进;再者,说明了大元集团项目业务管理标准化实施改进方案,通过对大元集团项目管理标准化体系的研究,质量、成本、进度三个方面进行深入设计并实施改进;最后,对论文研究进行了总结,提出了项目管理标准化取得的成果,也提出了问题与改进建议。论文采用实证研究的方法,研究结论主要是通过建立并完善大元集团项目管理标准化的改革,企业的项目管理水平得到很大提升,在经济效益、社会效益上都初见成效。有效利用了企业现有资源,对同类企业项目管理标准化方面有一定的借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | Have a good management system can not only save the management cost, but also improve the management efficiency of enterprises. Project management in construction enterprise management as core part, which determines the project management level, the more determined the development of construction enterprises and the future. In this thesis, in order to Dayuan Engineering Group Limited by Share Ltd as the research object, firstly explaining the construction project, project management concepts, the company's future development plan, analysis of the three years since the company scale of production expansion project management level is relatively weakness, and reason; secondly to Dayuan group project management Actuality Analysis of standardization, mainly analyzed the company projects standardization construction background, present situation and the existence question; then, the Dayuan group project management standardization improvement program, through the company's project management standardization system research, human resources, communication and information, occupation health safety and environment in three aspects design and implementation of improved; moreover, the Dayuan group project business management standardization improvement program, through the Dayuan group project management standardization system research, quality, cost, schedule three aspects design and implement improvement; finally, the paper summarized the research, proposed the project management standardization achieved achievements, problems and improvement suggestions are also put forward.
