中文摘要：	工程项目的成本控制是项目管理中企业盈利影响企业盈利最直接的一个要素，在整个项目管理及其实施过程中具有重要地位。面对客户变化快、市场竞争激烈等环境，工程施工企业必须及时提高工程项目管理水平，控制工程项目成本。本文深入分析当前最主流的工程项目成本监控方法——挣值法，通过对现有挣值法的基本参数及成本指标体系进行研究，从基本参数及成本评价指标体系优化的角度去建立基于关键路径的改进之后的挣值法，并构建基于改进挣值法的工程项目成本控制流程，最后在某项目进行应用实施，验证改进挣值法在工程项目成本控制中的可行性和有效性。本文首先介绍了研究背景和研究意义，对本文的研究内容进行了概括性的阐述；接下来介绍了工程项目成本控制的国内外研究现状，并阐述了论文涉及到的相关理论。之后，在介绍传统成本控制方法缺陷的基础上又对基于关键路径的工程项目管理独特性进行分析。第四章建立了基于关键路径的工程项目挣值管理的流程与方法，第五章引用实践中案例来支撑改进挣值理论，并以具体项目为例，对基于关键路径挣值理论成本控制方法进行运用，以后为工程项目的成本控制提供一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	Project cost control is the most immediate impact on the project management of enterprise profit elements, and play a important role in the whole project management In order to face the fast change of customer, competitive market, engineering construction enterprises must promptly improve project management level and control project cost. This paper has a deep analysis of the current mainstream project cost control method——the earned value method. This paper analyzes the basic parameters and cost index system of the earned value method .From this angle this paper establish earned value method based on critical path. Finally this paper used this method in a specific project, verify the improved earned value method in project cost control from the angle of feasibility and validity. This thesis firstly introduces the research background and research significance and summarized the main content of this article. Then introduces the project cost control and earned value method connotation, and established process and method system of the project cost control based on critical path method of earned value. This paper support improved earned value theory using the practice of the reference case, and with specific project as an example, based on critical path earned value theory cost control method is applied, so as to control the cost of the project to provide certain reference significance.
