中文摘要:随着世界采矿业的迅速发展,采掘深度不断不断加大,高温矿井相继增多。国外和国内企业都在加大研发投入治理热害问题。进入80年代,机械制冷降温技术已成为深矿井降温的主要技术手段。在全球经济的影响下,“十一五” 期间能源消费较“十五”期间有所下降。但煤炭作为中国的基础能源,占一次能源构成的70%左右,决定了煤炭将在我国能源生产和消费中占据长期主导地位。近几十年来,煤炭年产量呈逐年递增趋势。十五期间我国煤炭总产量85亿吨,十一五期间煤炭总产量约为138亿吨,预计到十二五期间煤炭总产量可达190亿吨。我国是世界上的煤炭和金属矿石等原料的生产和消费大国。因此,煤矿降温技术的继承与发展对非煤矿山的高温热害治理技术会起到意义深远的借鉴作用。随着“十二五”煤炭产能结构的调整,矿井降温行业迎来了又一重要发展时机,但机遇的背后蕴藏着来自国内、国外同行业企业的巨大挑战。新雪公司作为国内领先企业,积极响应形势与政策,承担自己的历史使命,运用科学的方法整合分析了企业外界的机遇和潜在威胁,同时识别自身的优势与劣势,找出了新雪的核心技术,提出将新雪现有能力转化为核心竞争力的技术竞争战略。结合企业总体战略目标,围绕技术这一核心,公司展开了研发、市场、人才等一系列活动,旨在更好推进矿井降温及其配套技术发展与进步,使企业在行业竞争中保持优势,创造更大的商业价值。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the world mining industry and increasing mining depth,high temperature coals are developing largely in number. Domestic and international enterprises pay more and more attention to measures to processing heat damage lately. During the 1980s,mechanical refrigeration and cooling technology has become an important mean for deep shaft cooling. Affected by the global economic slump,the energy consumption declines in the Eleventh Five-Year period compared with the Tenth Five-Year period .As the basic energy of our country which occupies 70% of primary energy,coal will play an leading role in the structure of energy production and energy consumption indefinitely. The annual coal output keeps on increasing in the past decades. In the tenth Five-Year period the total coal output reaches 8.5 billion ton,while the number has added up to 13.8 billion in the eleventh Five-Year period and it will raise to 19 billion in the next five years. While China is a big country about the production and consumption of resource, such as coal and metallic ores. So inheritance and development of mine cooling technology has profound far-reading significance for heat damage processing of noncoal mines. The restructuring of coal production capacity, according to the 12th five-year plan,Mine Cooling industry usher in another important development opportunity, but with the huge challenges from domestic and foreign industry enterprises.Xinxue cooling company as the leading domestic enterprises to actively respond to the situation and policies, to assume their historical mission, using the scientific method integrated analysis of opportunities and potential threats to enterprises outside, at the same time to identify their own strengths and weaknesses, to identify the core technology,and put forward a method to transform the existing capacity into the core competitiveness. Combined with the overall strategic objectives of enterprises around the core of the technology, the company has launched a series of activities such as R & D, marketing, human resources, aimed at better promoting the mine cooling and its supporting technology development and progress,to enable enterprises to maintain our competitive edge in the competition in the industry, creatinggreater commercial value.
