中文摘要：	煤炭是最主要的能量来源。煤炭工业的发展和改革与我国煤炭市场与能源安全息息相关。进入2010年以来，煤炭市场进入了发展新的历史时期，越来越多的煤炭企业开始走出中国走向世界，成为了多元化跨国的大型煤炭企业集团。这既离不开国家政策的大力扶持，也与煤炭企业管理者经营管理理念有很大关系。进入新的历史时期，煤炭企业面临着前所未有的发展机遇，同时也伴随着更加严峻的挑战。越来越多的煤炭企业开始将目光从国内紧张的煤炭资源转向了国外储量较为丰富的煤矿，希望通过跨国并购和控股等方式实现对国外煤矿的经营和管理，从而实现走出去的目标。但是，煤炭企业想要走出去并且走得好，面临着诸多方面的问题。本文首先分析了A煤炭公司所面临的国际市场形势，梳理了公司跨国经营面临的机遇和挑战，并对公司境外投资的利弊和投资方法进行了回顾，对现在公司跨国经营的现状及存在的问题进行了分析，总结了公司跨国经营所面临的主要风险。在对经营现状进行阐述之后，本文基于风险矩阵对A煤炭公司的跨国经营风险进行了评估，构建了风险评估体系并对A公司所面临的风险进行了实证分析。然后，本文针对公司所面临的各种风险，构建了风险动态防范体系，提出了风险控制的依据和具体方法。最后，本文提出了A煤炭公司加强风险防控和完善跨国经营的措施和对策建议，以期对公司下一阶段的发展起到一定的指导作用。
英文摘要：	Coal is the main energy source. Closely related to the development and reform of the coal industry and the coal market in China with energy security. Since the beginning of 2010, the coal market into the development of a new historical period, a growing number of coal companies began to move out to the world, to become a diversified multinational large coal enterprise groups. Both can not do without the great support of national policy, but also with the management philosophy of the coal business managers have a great relationship. Entered a new historical period, the coal enterprises facing unprecedented opportunities for development, also associated with more severe challenges. More and more coal enterprises eyes shifted from tight domestic coal resources abundant foreign reserves of coal mine, and hope to achieve by way of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and holding of the foreign operation and management of the coal mine, in order to achieve the goal of going out. However, the coal companies want to go out and do well, faced with many aspects of the problem. This article first analyzes the the A coal companies facing international market situation, combing the opportunities and challenges faced by the multinational operations of the company, the pros and cons of overseas investment and the company and the investment review transnational business of the company is now the status quo and problems of analysis, summarizes the major risks faced by the company's multinational operations. Elaborate on the operating status, based on the risk matrix A coal company's multinational operations risk assessment, risk assessment system and the risks faced by the Company A build empirical analysis. Then, the various risks faced by the company, to build a dynamic risk prevention system basis and specific methods of risk control. Finally, A coal companies to strengthen risk prevention and control measures to improve transnational business and suggestions in order to play a guiding role in the development of the next phase of the company.
