中文摘要: | 光纤宽带产业是当前我国信息产业中成长最快、发展空间最大的产业之一。推进光纤宽带网络建设能升级网络基础设施,提高自主创新能力,拉动相关产业发展,对应对金融危机影响,实现扩内需、保增长、促就业,以至提升国家长远竞争力均具有重要的战略意义。随着中国用户对带宽需求增加以及三大运营商对FTTH网络建设步伐加快,光纤到户的普及率越发成增长状态。而大量传统蝶形光纤入户的建设,突显出了一些建设施工及运维操作上的难点。如何突破这些难点是企业目前亟待解决的问题。作为FTTH末梢接入的先进技术,气吹光缆技术为传统的FTTH建设开拓了思路,为解决传统建设模式遇到的困难提供了解决办法。本文以北京电信的FTTH建设项目为分析对象,结合项目实施的实际过程,首先对北京电信FTTH建设现状进行研究,提出目前存在的问题,分别从技术可行性、经济可行性角度,对基于气吹光缆技术的FTTH建设项目进行评估,然后结合不同场景、不同组网模式下的实际项目实施过程,对引入气吹光缆技术后的施工难度和维护难度进行跟踪评估,总结了基于气吹光缆技术的FTTH建设项目的特点,探讨了气吹光缆技术与北京电信FTTH建设项目的结合方式,为企业未来规模化建设方式提供决策依据。希望能在北京电信内部建立系统、科学的建设项目评估体系,通过对新技术、新工艺和新产品引入,有效、合理的利用企业投资,不断提升企业的综合竞争实力。 | |
英文摘要: | Fiber optic broadband industry is one of the fastest-growing and largest-developing information industries in China. Promoting the construction of fiber-optic broadband network can upgrade the network infrastructure, improve the ability of independent innovation, stimulating the development of related industries, it also has the strategic significance to address the financial crisis, achieve the expansion of domestic demand, keep economic growth, promote employment, and enhance long-term competitiveness of our country. Along with the Chinese user demand on bandwidth increases as well as the three major operators of FTTH network builds pace to accelerate, FTTH penetration comes to a growth state. But a large number construction of traditional butterfly optical fiber, highlighted by some construction and operation difficulty. How to break through these difficult is the current problem to be solved urgently. As the advanced technology of FTTH end edge access, air blowing cable technology expands the traditional FTTH development thought, provides the solution of solving the traditional construction difficulties. This article take the Beijing Telecom FTTH construction project as the object of analysis, combined with the actual project implementation process, firstly, it analyzed current status of the Beijing telecommunication FTTH construction, put forward the existing problems, respectively from the technical feasibility and economic feasibility aspects, evaluated the FTTH projects based on the air blowing cable technology, and then combined the different scenes, different networking mode of actual project implementation process, tracked and evaluated the difficulties of implementation and maintenance after the introduction of air blowing cable technology , summed up the FTTH projects characteristics based on the air blowing cable technology, discussed the applying method of the air blowing cable technology and the Beijing Telecom FTTH construction projects, tried to provide the decision-making basis for the enterprise's future large-scale construction. Hopefully, Beijing Telecom can establish the systematical and scientific project evaluation mechanism, along with the new technology and new product introduction, promote the effective and reasonable use of enterprise investment, and continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness. | |
