| 中文摘要: | 私营企业作为中国经济体制改革的产物,业已成为国民经济的一支生力军。受国家政策的影响和自身条件的限制,绝大多数中国私营企业为中小型规模。因此,中小民营企业家所拥有的社会资本对中小民营企业的发展也有着重要的影响。本文将社会资本作为契入点,以社会资本理论、企业成长理论的相关观点为依据,探讨中小民营企业家社会资本的构成和中小民营企业家社会资本对企业成长的影响,并进而对中小民营企业家社会资本的培育提出了相应建议。本文通过对15位京津中小民营企业家的半结构式访谈获得资料的整理和分析,揭示中小民营企业家社会资本与企业发展之间的内在联系。具体包括四个部分:首先阐述了企业家社会资本与企业成长相关研究的背景及研究目的,并结合研究假设进一步说明了研究内容和研究方法等内容。在文献综述部分,笔者本章介绍了企业家社会资本和企业成长研究的相关理论。其中,从社会资本的研究历史、企业家社会资本的概念、分类、测量等方面回顾了企业家社会资本的相关研究;从企业成长的概念、研究角度和企业家社会资本对企业成长影响回顾了企业成长理论。从本章的目的在于,通过对先前研究成果的梳理,找到本研究展开所需的理论支撑,同时发现以往研究中的不足或空白,明确本研究所要解决的问题。其次,本研究基于对京津两地15个中小民营企业家的深度访谈,通过考察中小民营企业家的社会关系网络中蕴含的资源以及他们运用这些资源的能力呈现了当前中小民营企业家社会资本的现状。其中,对于中小民营企业家社会关系网络的考察是从社会横向关系、社会纵向关系、其他社会关系三个方面进行的;对于中小民营企业家运用网络资源能力的考察是从其教育背景、工作经历、成就动机和社会交往能力以及社会声誉四个方面进行考察的。再次,分析了中小民营企业家社会资本对企业成长的影响,并进而提出了培育中小民营企业家社会资本的建议。从中小民营企业家社会资本促进企业成长的外部环境和内部环境两个方面来加以归纳和分析其具体影响,并提出了培育中小民营企业家社会资本的建议。最后,通过研究发现,中小民营企业家社会资本在很大程度上取决于民营企业家社会关系网络的构成以及他们利用网络资源的能力,中小民营企业家社会资本对中小民营企业的发展具有非常重要的影响,作为中小民营企业家要积极培育和提升自身的社会资本。同时,本文结合当前研究分析了本研究存在的不足。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Private enterprises are products of China's economic restructuring in China's reform and opening up policy. It is undeniable that the small and medium-sized private enterprises which contribute significantly to the country's economic development. Therefore, small and medium-sized private entrepreneur’s social capital has important effect on the growth of private enterprises. Based on the theory of social capital and enterprise growth theories, the author discusses the structure and effect of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs' social capital, and then offer red corresponding proposal. This article reveals the connection between small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs' social capital and the growth of private enterprises according to investigation. It includes four parts: First the author explains research background, research purposes, research content and research methods. By literature research, the author introduces history, concept and research perspective of social capital, entrepreneurs' social capital and growth of enterprises. Based on document research, the author finds problems and blank in the former research. Secondly, the author presents the current situation of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs' social capital through the study of the resources in small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs' social network and the ability of using social resources. Among them, the small and medium-sized private entrepreneur social network is presented by cross-sectional connections, vertical connections and other social connections. Again, the author analyses the effect of small and medium private entrepreneur s social capital on enterprise development, and puts forward the cultivation of entrepreneurial social capital proposal. The article summarizes and analyses its specific effect from promoting the enterprise growth's external environment and internal environment. Finally, the article makes conclusion that small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs' social capital is consist of their social network and capacity of developing social resources. Small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs' social capital plays a role in enterprise growth. Therefore, the author suggest that small and medium-sized private entrepreneur should exert themselves to accomplish their social capital. | |
