| 中文摘要: | 本文以多品种小批量生产企业为研究对象,以这一类企业的供应链管理为研究目标,结合实际案例,从多品种小批量生产企业及其供应链的特征入手,分析了这一类企业供应链管理实践中所面临的常见问题,并据此提出了一系列改善措施,旨在帮助多品种小批量生产企业改善供应链管理现状,降低供应风险,增强供应链的柔性和核心竞争力。文章首先阐释了选题背景、研究内容与研究意义,介绍了供应链和供应链管理的基本理论、供应链管理的发展潮流、供应商整合理论以及竞合战略理论;随后,文章对多品种小批量生产企业及其供应链特征进行了深入分析,指出多品种小批量生产企业供应链管理中普遍存在的一些问题,并针对诸如供应商资源管理问题、库存控制问题、交期问题、成本问题等实际问题,分别从战略层面和运营层面提出了相应的供应链改进措施,如战略层面的资源外取战略、供应商资源整合与结构优化战略,以及运营层面的构建快速反应供应链策略、价值工程策略等。文章的最后,选取了一家典型的多品种小批量生产模式的企业,结合上述理论分析以及企业自身的实际情况,对多品种小批量生产模式下,供应链管理策略进行了更加详细、深入的分析与探讨,为同类企业供应链管理的实践提供了一些借鉴与指导。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The high-mix low-volume enterprise is defined as the object of study here, and with the further study of the similar enterprises’ supply-chain management as the research objectives, referring to the real cases, my thesis analyzes the common problems in the management practice in terms of the characteristics appearing in the supply-chain of the similar enterprises, and then raises the several improvement proposals aiming at helping other high-mix low-volume enterprise make improvement to their current supply-chain management situation, minimize the supply risk, enhance the flexibility and strength the competitive power. The thesis starts with the introduction of the background, the significance and approaches of the research as well as the theories of supply-chain management and its development, supplier-base consolidation and coopetition strategy. Then the thesis deeply analyzes the characteristics appearing in the supply-chain of the high-mix low-volume enterprises, and indicates the existing problems in the supply-chain management. Several measures are designed accordingly to improve the unfavorable situation caused by supplier’s limited resource, inventory control, delivery and cost, etc., and a couple of proposals are raised as well from both of the strategic and operational perspectives, e.g., the outsourcing strategy, the supplier-base consolidation and structure optimization as the strategic proposals, and building up the prompt response supply-chain and VA/VE as the operation proposals. In the end of the thesis, a typical high-mix low-volume enterprise is selected to process the detailed study with the above theories and own real situation, and the analysis and proposals would create benefits to the similar supply-chain management as the reference and guideline. | |
