| 中文摘要: | 经过近30年的发展,天津经济技术开发区已成为国家级开发区中的排头兵,取得巨大的发展成就,已连续14年荣获国家商务部举办的国家级开发区综合环境评比第一名。面对复杂的国内外经济形势,国家对开发区的发展定位也在一直变换,国家级开发区之间也面临着激烈的竞争,如何在众多国家级开发区中继续保持领先,提升持续竞争力是摆在天津开发区面前的重要课题。本文的研究重点就是天津经济技术开发区应选择什么样的竞争战略,能使其在竞争中持续维持竞争优势,保持领先。本文主要以迈克尔?波特的竞争战略理论为指导,以天津经济技术开发区为研究对象,对其分别进行了外部环境分析和内部环境分析。在外部环境分析过程中,重点应用PEST分析法对天津开发区面临宏观环境进行具体分析,应用五力模型分析法对天津开发区的竞争环境从主要竞争对手分析、新进入者分析等五个方面进行分析,得出开发区在竞争中面临的机会与挑战。在内部环境分析时,先简要介绍天津开发区的基本情况,然后对其进行钻石模型分析。最后,基于内外部环境分析,对天津开发区进行SWOT分析,得出天津开发区的竞争优势与劣势,存在的问题与机遇,为制定开发区的竞争战略提供依据。通过层层分析,结合天津经济技术开发区实际情况,最终为天津开发区提出了在三种不同情况下的不同战略选择,分别为低成本竞争战略、差异化竞争战略和聚焦竞争战略,即当经济紧缩,企业投资热情不高时,可以采取低成本战略,重点发挥天津经济技术开发区的规模优势、品牌优势等;当无法实现成本优势时,可以采取差异化战略,重点通过品牌效应,选择优质企业作为客户群体等;当获得全新土地资源可供开发时,可考虑采用聚焦战略,集中在特定的细分市场进行开发。并简要阐述了三种战略的实施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Through almost 30 years’ development, Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area has obtained huge development achievements, become a vanguard in development areas of national level, and won the first place in the comprehensive environment appraisal for development areas of national level held by Ministry of Commerce of our country for successive 14 years. Facing complicated economic situations at home and abroad, the development and orientation of development areas set by our country has been changing all the time, and fierce competition has also existed among development areas of national level. Therefore, it is an important task for Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area to keep the leading position continuously and promote its sustainable competitive power in many development areas of national level. The research emphasis of this thesis is what kind of competitive strategies Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area should choose so as to continuously keep its competitive advantages and leading position in competition. Taking Michael E. Porter’s competitive strategy theory as the primary guidance, this thesis carries out analysis of both external and internal environment of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area which is the subject of the study in this thesis. In the analysis of the external environment, the PEST method is used to analyze the macro-environment of TEDA, and SWOT method is used to analyze the competitive environment of TEDA from such five aspects as the major competitors, the newcomers etc to illustrate the opportunities and challenges faced by TEDA. In the analysis of the internal environment, the profile of TEDA is introduced briefly and an analysis on diamond model is carried out. Finally, based on the analysis of the external and internal environment, a SWOT analysis is made to TEDA to illustrate the competitive advantages and disadvantages, the existing problems and opportunities which may serve as the basis for the formulation of the competition strategy of TEDA. Through all kinds of analysis and in light of the actual circumstances of TEDA, three options of competition strategies are proposed in respect of three different situation i.e. low-cost strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy. In the event of economic austerity and low investment passion of enterprises, the low cost strategy could be applied by mainly taking advantage of the scale advantage and brand advantage; in the event the low cost strategy is unrealizable, the differentiation strategy could be applied by primarily choosing the high quality enterprises as customers through brand effect; when new land resource is available, the focus strategy could be applied by focusing the development on a niche market. Besides, the implementation of the three strategies is also discussed in the thesis. | |
