中文摘要:工作价值观作为人生观和价值观的一部分,是与个体生活经历有关且相对稳定的。进入二十一世纪,社会变革、多元化及经济全球化等趋势愈演愈烈,工作价值观已成为国内外学者研究的热门课题之一。诸多学者的研究表明,工作价值观从总体上影响个体的态度和行为。大量实证研究结论显示,工作价值观会在职业生涯中影响人们的择业倾向、个人与组织契合、工作投入、工作满意度、组织承诺等种种行为,而个体的这些行为对组织绩效有重要影响。 西方学者对工作价值观已经进行了深入研究,台湾学者自上个世纪九十年代开始重视工作价值观的研究,已取得一定的成果。国内学者对工作价值观的研究起步较晚,尚未形成系统,且存在概念不清晰、研究范围小及深度不够等问题。基于我国目前大学生的就业状况和存在的问题,国内一些学者已经从心理学角度对大学生的工作价值观进行了研究,但从人力资源管理的角度来进行的研究很少。同时,工作价值观具有时代性,特定时期的社会历史背景对大学生的工作价值观有着很大的影响,社会主导价值与社会舆论会也不同程度地引导着社会成员的工作价值观。在当前社会环境和劳动力市场已经发生了巨大变化的前提下,大学生的工作价值观也会受到一定程度的影响。 因此,本研究使用文献研究与实证研究相结合的研究方法,以天津市不同学历阶段的在校大学生为对象,研究大学生工作价值观对职业选择的影响。本研究主要解决如下三个问题:第一,分析当前大学生的工作价值观结构、工作价值观现状及职业选择现状;第二,探讨大学生的性别、年龄、家庭背景、当前学历及专业类别这几个因素对工作价值观和职业选择的影响;第三,探寻大学生的工作价值观与职业选择之间的关系。 本研究的现实意义在于,对当前大学生的工作价值观和职业选择的现状进行分析和阐述,并进一步分析大学生工作价值观对其职业选择的影响。在此基础上,提醒高校有针对性地进行大学生职业选择教育,同时对企业的大学生招聘和培训等人力资源管理工作提出合理的建议。 
英文摘要:Work value, as a part of philosophy and value, is related to personal experience and is relatively stable. In the 21 century, work value has become one of the most popular research topics for many scholars along with the intensification of social transformation, diversity and economic globalization. And their research results show that work value can influence individual’s attitude and behavior on the whole. A great deal of empirical research displays that work value can affect people’s occupation propensity, the fit between individual and organization, work devotion, job satisfaction, organization commitment, and such individual behavior is of great significance to the organization. Western scholars have done in-depth research about work value, and scholars from Tai Wan have made achievements since they began to emphasize work value in 1990s, while domestic scholars just begin their research, they haven’t systemized their research and there are such problems as ambiguous concept, limited research scope and lack of profundity. Based on the employment situation and current issue of the college graduates of China, some domestic scholars have begun their research about work value with respect to psychology, but few do it in the aspect of human resource management. Meanwhile, work value is restricted in the specific period, during which the social historical background can greatly affect the graduates’ work value. Hence, the university graduates’ work value will be influenced to a certain extent according to the huge change of the social circumstance and labor market. This paper combines literature research and empirical research, focuses on the university students with different degrees in Tianjin, and analyzes the graduates’ work value and its influence to occupation selection. This paper aims to solve the following questions: the first, analyze the current work value structure, status in quo and occupation selection; the second, analyze the influence to work value and occupation selection of such factors as the students’ gender, age, family background, current degree and major; the third, explore the relationship between work value and occupation selection. The significance of this research lies in that it analyzes and demonstrates current university students’ work value and the status in quo of the occupation selection, and further analyzes the influence of work value to occupation selection. On this basis, the research suggests universities conduct student’s occupation selection education, and also makes rational advice to the enterprise recruitment, orientation and other related work.
