| 中文摘要: | 近年来,我国城市化进程随国民经济的持续健康快速发展而日趋加速,城市交通状况面临严峻的挑战。为了缓和交通拥堵,国家在很多城市大力推行地铁。但由于地铁工程多位于闹市区,周围自然和社会环境复杂,由于地铁工程的独特性,地铁施工过程具有复杂性、隐蔽性和不确定性等突出特点,以致在施工中蕴含有巨大安全风险。如果施工时出现问题不能妥善解决,那么势必会对投资估算、施工进度、施工质量和今后的运营造成不良影响,也会对国家和社会带来不必要的损失和难以估量的负面影响。现阶段,地铁事故尤其是施工事故频繁发生,人们越来越重视地铁施工风险控制。因此,加强地铁工程施工期间的风险管理,显得更为重要。本文首先阐述了风险管理基本概念、国内外对于盾构工程施工过程中风险研究的成果,结合我国盾构工程的实际情况和风险管理基本理论,阐述了盾构施工风险管理的特点和目前需要研究的问题。从风险识别和风险管理组织体系角度,分析了盾构工程施工期间的主要风险及其风险源,确立了风险管理计划的目标和内容,并对盾构工程施工风险的应对措施进行了较为深入的研究。在分析盾构工程施工风险和如何具体应对各种风险的基础上,归纳了盾构工程施工风险控制的关键性因素。最后,以天津地铁2号线过海河工程为例,对盾构工程施工风险管理进行了实证研究。本文借鉴天津地铁3号线使用土压平衡盾构机成功穿越水上北路~吴家窑区间,及上海地铁11号线成功穿越江苏路~隆德路区间苏州河施工管理经验,通过分析提炼、归纳总结,建立了一套安全风险评估和管理体系,并把该研究成果应用到天津地铁2号线过海河工程实例中,取得了良好的安全经济效益。论文把项目风险管理的基本理论和企业实际项目决策相结合,具有一定的应用创新价值。论文研究成果对其他企业实施地铁盾构施工项目的风险管理具有一定的参考意义和借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the sustainable and rapid development of china economy, the process of urbanization is accelerated; the lives of the working people are improving every day, vehicle fleet keep increasing every year, urban traffic congestion could have been worse. To reduce traffic jam, country will focus on the construction of an urban subway transport network. Because the subway project often happen in a busy place, which contains complex environment, it has prominent characteristic such as complexity, invisibility and indeterminacy, then it takes much risk of construction. If problems arise, we have not to solve them promptly and properly, it will have evil effects of investment estimate, construction schedule, and quality and subway operation. Of course, it will take a great loss to our country. With the accident happened frequently in these years, construction risk of subway have received great attention. Strengthen the risk control during subway construction is particularly important. Based on the pertinent literature, and drawing on the experiences of earth pressure balance (EPB) shield is used in Tianjin metro line 3(shuishang north road~tianta lake in section of wujiayao) and Shanghai metro line 11(Jiangsu road~suzhou river in section of rongde road), by analyzing and inducing the author summarizes and builds a system of management and risk assessment. It proved that this method is secure and efficient by the case of Tianjin metro line 2 under crossing hai river. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic concept of risk control and the research situation of underground works at home and abroad, and then in combination with the theory the paper introduces characteristic feature of risk control and the problems to further thought at the present time. After analyses the main risk during subway construction and researches risk source, the paper sets up the goals and content of risk management. All together,the paper makes an in-depth research into handling method to the construction risk. Based on these above-mentioned researches, the paper provides a summarization of the key factor during risk management of subway construction. Finally to take the Project of Tianjin metro line 2 under crossing hai river as an example, synthesize the foregoing research result of this thesis, carry on the empirical research. | |
