中文摘要: | 随着外语培训行业的快速发展,外语培训学校之间的竞争越发激烈。对于教育培训业来说,其竞争的本质就是人才的竞争。在人才的竞争中,那些获得相对优秀的教师的机构,拥有良好教学团队的学校,往往能在竞争中取得优势,获得最后的胜利。然而,争夺教师并非一件容易的事,由于行业特征及其它多种因素,学校间核心教师的流失现象早已司空见惯,而且正在不断加剧,研究者们已经关注到这些现象,学校的管理层也认识到问题的重要性。一个艰巨的任务悄然摆在面前,就是如何有效的管理教师团队,分析他们流失的原因,并针对问题的具体的原因找出相应的解决方案,这成为了外语培训学校亟待解决的问题。 A外语培训学校在最近几年的发展过程中,核心教师流失问题日益严重,而且影响了学校的正常发展,对于一个业内知名的培训机构而言,教师的资源应该是充足的,而A外语培训学校却仍然存在教师短缺,教师流失严重的问题。如何解决上述问题成为了A学校重新发展的重要问题。本文从核心员工流失相关理论的研究出发,进行了相关的分析和分类,根据 A外语培训学校核心教师流失的现状,加以分析得出核心教师流失给学校带来的影响,又从个人、社会、组织三个方面分析了外语培训学校核心教师流失的原因,最后针对上述原因提出了以下对策。在防止核心教师流失的管理措施上:完善教师的激励机制,完善核心教师职业生涯规划,建立和完善公司教师流失管理体系,在防止核心教师流失的保障措施上,树立正确的用人理念,完善人力资源部门的职能,完善企业文化等等。 | |
英文摘要: | As the industry of foreign language training is developing, countless schools are all joining into this fierce competition, which is mainly reflected on the race of core teachers. Foreign language institutes which have more excellent core teachers and manage to maintain these core teachers loyal to the schools they belong could finally win in the competition. But as the number of foreign language training school is increasing, They are losing their core teachers, and this kind of phenomenon is also getting more and more serious. How to manage the core teachers, what are the reasons of the loss of students and how to find the most useful suggestion has become the problems that need to be solved by foreign language training schools. The problem of losing core teachers has seriously hindered the development of the schools. How to prevent the loss of teachers has also become the main problem of getting back the glory of schools. Based on the situation of A school which has a big problem of losing core teachers, we explore it from three points of personality, society and organization, and the solution finally came out. Here is the solutions of how to prevent the teachers losing: improve teachers' incentive mechanism, improve core teachers' career planning, establish and perfect the teacher losing company management system, to prevent the teacher losing security measures. Set up the correct employment concept, perfecting the human resources department function, perfect the enterprise culture and so on. | |
