中文摘要: | 作为企业最重要的资源,人力资源是企业构筑核心竞争力的重要支撑。怎样才能充分调动员工工作的积极性,充分发挥员工工作的主观能动性,既是企业人力资源管理重点,也是难点所在。作为企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,良好的绩效考评体系可以保证考核的公平、调动员工积极性、提升企业竞争力。很多企业其实很早就认识到了绩效考评的重要性,他们积极学习和借鉴先进的绩效评估理论和方法,如引入目标管理、360度绩效反馈等考核方法。然而,不少企业实际运用效果不太理想。究其原因,在于没有将这些考核方法与企业行业背景和具体情况相结合。为了发挥绩效评估的作用,必须从企业的实际情况出发,努力探索出一套科学、合理和完善的绩效评估体系,这样才能提高绩效管理的成效,以使企业在激烈的市场竞争中取得长期发展优势。本文以埃赫曼合金材料(天津)有限公司(以下简称埃赫曼天津)考评体系为研究对象,以提高绩效考评的技能导向性为目标。首先,对技能的形成与企业绩效考评理论进行了简单的回顾及简要的介绍;接着,在对该厂现有绩效考评体系存在的问题进行深入分析和研究的基础上,对公司现有的绩效考评体系进行改善,设计出适应公司发展的有效的绩效考评体系;最后设计了改进后的绩效体系的实施方案,并对改进后绩效体系的实施成果进行了评价。 | |
英文摘要: | Human Resource is the most important resource of a company, and the major support of building its core competitiveness. How to mobilize employees’ positivity and initiative to the full, is the main point and the hardest part of Human Resource management. As an important component of company Human Resource management, one good performance appraisal system can ensure the justice of the evaluation, and mobilize employees’ positivity, improve company’s competitiveness. A lot of companies realize the significance of performance appraisal, so they try to learn and borrow the advanced performance evaluation theory and method such as Management by Objective (MBO), 360? Performance Feedback etc. But, a few companies didn’t reach the ideal result in practice. As for the reason, it’s because that we didn’t combine these methods with our industry background and company’s actual situation. In order to realize the effect of performance evaluation, we have to start from company’s actual situation and develop a scientific, reasonable and integrated performance appraisal system. Only in this way can the performance appraisal management be improved and the company got long term advantage in fierce market competition. This paper takes the performance appraisal system of Erasteel Innovative Co.,LTD(short as Erasteel Tianjin) as the study object, takes improving the skill-oriented performance appraisal system as target. First, it reviews and briefly introduces the theory of performance appraisal system; then, on the basis of analyzing and studying the current performance appraisal system of the company, it makes improvement and designs effective and appropriate performance appraisal system for Erasteel Tianjin; At last, it designs the carry out plan and evaluated the result. | |
