中文摘要:汽车行业被誉为工业中的工业,进年来中国的汽车行业发展速度不断加快,汽车行业的发展带动了许多相关行业的快速发展,国家和地方越来越关注汽车业。汽车行业的先进技术和管理理念往往带动其他行业的创新,流水线式生产代表了批量大规模生产的先进方式,准时化生产则是丰田公司基于本国本企业相对于整个汽车行业思考后的又一大创新。华晨宝马汽车作为宝马在中国的生产基地,整合先进的生产技术和管理思路。作为本文研究的主体,主要从设备维修规划的角度分析维修部门作为支持系统对整个公司的贡献。本文采用理论分析与实际应用结合的研究方法,首先剖析了华晨宝马汽车目前设备维修规划在组织中的职能,分析了当前设备维修管理中存在的问题。首先是书本上的知识和母公司的经验不一定适合华晨宝马快速发展的形势,其次具体实施维修规划过程中尤其在职责范围界定上 ,维修与生产和工艺规划之间存在矛盾。第三维修资源利用不合理,缺乏系统协调维修内部的资源调配和规划。维修对工艺项目参与程度不足,工艺项目不完善造成新生产线缺陷,缺乏保证标准正常执行的机制。在充分研究当前问题基础上给出了维修总体规划的三个方向,标准化、职能化和全局化。标准化是通过在维修各个领域实行标准化并具体实施的流程。在职能化上从不同的侧重点细分维修的职能工作。在全局化上使维修的人员按照合理的职能统筹安排,既分工明确又保证所需资源合理使用。在保证实施环节上采用TPM及宝马的价值增值体系作为支撑,结合公司的实际情况,在维修工作流程中分析核心与非核心的业务范围,把技术引进和服务外包作为辅助手段。同时把员工培训和宝马的企业文化建设有机的融合到维修体系内,为维修体系的长期健康发展注入活力。 
英文摘要:As we Known that the automotive manufacturing is looked as the core of the industry, automotive manufacturing is increasing rapidly in China recent years. Which kind of development has led rapid development of related industries. more and more national and local government focus on the it. Advanced technologies of the automotive industry and the innovation of management concepts often benefit other industries, assembly line production represents the bulk of mass production of advanced, and JIT production mode is relative to the automobile industry. as a is a major innovation based on whole national enterprises by Toyota BMW brilliance plant is a production bases in China, integration of advanced production technology and management ideas. Composition study on this subject, mainly from the perspective of maintenance planning maintenance department as a contribution to the support system for the entire company. This thesis use theoretical analysis and practical research methods, first of all an analysis of the current maintenance functions in the organization, analysis of the current problems in maintenance field. There are three basis directions to establish maintenance team, standardized maintenance, functionalize maintenance and globalize maintenance. In order to guarantee the implementation of the entire planning goal successfully. The activities of TPM and the Value Production System are introduced, consider the actual situation of the company, analysis the scope of maintenance and identify which is the core of maintenance process,. Outsourcing services is a kind of solution .Training associates and organization culture establishing are the key methods for further competitive adventures .
