| 中文摘要: | 在全球一体化的今天,中国企业要获得可持续发展的空间,不仅要在国内树立品牌形象、争夺国内市场,同时还要开拓国际市场,参与到全球企业的竞争中,打造企业的国际品牌。在这样的环境下,如何通过创新和加强企业管理、完善管理体系建设来提高企业的竞争力,自己的企业优秀文化和先进的管理理念,因此怎样实现企业的可持续发展就成为现代企业管理急需解决的问题。企业的绩效管理是企业经营管理的重要组成部分,是企业实现其战略目标的重要管理工具,是用于制定和监管企业绩效的过程,涉及到整个企业的基础信息管理、生产效率信息管理、竞争能力信息管理、资源分配信息管理。企业的绩效管理将高层的战略管理、中层的监控管理和基层的操作管理有效的连接在一起,是企业保持可持续发展和核心竞争力的有效管理工具。本文以MSE汽车模具公司为研究对象,基于平衡计分卡的理论综述,详细分析了企业绩效管理现存的问题,明确企业绩效管理体系的具体方法和内容,同时结合MSE汽车模具公司的管理实践,从企业战略发展的角度出发,设计出适合MSE汽车模具公司的绩效管理体系,并利用它有效解决MSE汽车模具公司绩效管理过程存在的困难和问题,最终笔者希望通过此次的研究能够在我国汽车制造业未来发展的企业管理实践中起到一些借鉴和指导作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the trend of economic globalization nowadays, in order to achieve sustainable development, Chinese enterprises must not only compete in the domestic market to set up our brand image; but also compete with other companies in the international market to set up our global reputation. And now, to strengthen our competitiveness through innovation, to present our corporate culture through administration, and to gain advanced management philosophy by perfecting our system. These are the problems that should be resolved for modern enterprises to gain healthy, sustainable development. The Performance Management is an essential part to the business management, it is a very important tool for the company to realize its strategy target, it is to designate and monitor the course of the corporate performance. It is related to the basic information management, production efficiency information management, competition power information management, resource allocation information management. The performance management combines the upper’s strategy management; the middle’s monitoring management and the lower’s operation management together. It is an effective management tool for an enterprise to keep sustainable development and core competitiveness. This thesis takes MSE auto mould company as the research object, which is based on the balanced scorecard theory, analyzing the current problem of the enterprise management in detail, making clear of enterprise performance management system of the specific methods and content, combining with the MSE auto mould company's management practice, which designs a suitable for MSE performance management system, and use it effectively solve MSE auto mould company performance management process difficulties and problems. In the end I hope makes some reference and guidance for the development of the enterprise management practice of our country's automobile manufacturing industry in the future. | |
