中文摘要:随着全球经济一体化的发展,跨国公司在世界各地不断扩张。他们通常要面对各种陌生的文化。他们的雇员也越来越多地来自不同的文化背景,有着不同的价值观、态度和行为方式。这必然给公司内部带来诸多文化与体制上的摩擦与冲突,对跨国公司的管理者构成了严峻的挑战。 韩国是中国重要的经贸伙伴,而且从文化集群的角度来讲,中韩两国同以儒家文化为基础。然而,近年来,在华韩国企业的发展并未与美好的企业形象相伴。与那些来自欧美的跨国企业相比,在华韩国企业显然多了许多负面评价。不少韩国企业不了解中国文化,或者过于乐观的估计了两国文化的相似性,导致其在经营管理中出现不少问题,在一定程度上阻碍了企业的发展 本文以在华韩资企业为研究对象,针对乐金电子(天津)电器有限公司(简称“天津LG”)的典型案例,从企业文化管理的角度,对企业文化管理的现状进行了归纳总结,并结合理论分析工具和研究成果做出了深入的分析。本文认为,中韩两国精神文化层面(即企业文化的核心层面)的差异和冲突是企业在企业文化管理上存在诸多问题的根源。进而,本文提出了若干有针对性的观点和建议。 本文希望能够通过对天津LG的案例分析,帮助企业认清和理解企业文化方面的问题,为天津LG乃至其他在华韩资企业提供参考和借鉴,帮助企业提高管理水平。  
英文摘要:Along with the development of global economic integration, the multinational companies are expanding worldwide. They always face different and unfamiliar cultures. Their employees are from increasingly different cultural backgrounds, and hold different value, attitude and behavior. These definitely bring the companies many conflicts in terms of culture and system of organization, which is a big challenge for the managers of these multinational companies. S. Korea is an important economic and trade partner of China. Moreover, from cultural cluster perspective, the culture of both S. Korea and China is based on Confucianism. However, the development of S. Korea-invested companies in China is not associated with nice company image in recent years. Compared with the multinational companies from the West, the companies from S. Korea receive more negative comments. Many of these companies are not familiar with Chinese culture, or they are too optimistic about the cultural similarity of the two nations, which brings many management problems and discourages their development. This paper focuses on S. Korea-invested companies in China. According to the typical cases of LG Electronics Tianjin Appliance Co., Ltd. (LGETA), the paper concludes its current management situations from cultural perspective, and then analyses the existed problems using the tools and outcomes of theory section. The paper thinks that the difference and conflict in spiritual culture level, which is the heart of company culture, is the root of those management problems. After that, the paper raises several points of views and suggestions. Through the case study, this paper hopes it could help the company realize and understand the cultural problems, and provides useful references to LGETA or even other S. Korea-invested companies in China.
