中文摘要:随着中国经济的迅速发展,越来越多的全球性跨国公司选择到中国建立其子公司投资发展,随之而来的就是有很多外籍人员来到中国工作、生活。跨国公司的这种多元化的人员配置,就使得人力资源管理变得更加的重要。跨国公司中的外籍人员虽然数量上较中方员工数量较少,但大多属于公司中高层职位或关键技术岗位,有着不可替代的作用。在华跨国公司的外籍人员按其雇佣性质主要分为外派人员和本地雇佣的外籍人员两类。2008年金融危机之后,更多的跨国公司采取了全球人力资源本土化的管理模式,出于成本控制的考虑,减少外派人员的使用。但“本土化”并不意味着“本地化”,所以在跨国公司人员招聘中,越来越多的公司喜欢采用本地雇佣外籍人员的方式,他们有着外派人员国际化工作背景,又了解中国市场,因此,本文将以在华跨国公司本地雇佣外籍员工为研究对象,同时对此类人员的薪酬福利管理进行研究和探讨。第一部分为导论部分,介绍了本文的研究背景及意义、对本文的研究对象进行界定,阐述了研究方法,介绍了文章研究框架及研究内容。第二部分理论概述部分,对人力资源相关基本理论进行概述,本文以薪酬管理及跨国公司人力资源管理的相关理论作为为本文论述的理论依据。第三部分对在华跨国公司外籍员工及薪酬管理的现状进行分析,阐述了其构成及特点,同时说明了在华跨国公司全球人力资源本土化策略的实施原因及问题,并在此基础上分析了针对跨国公司本地雇佣外籍员工薪酬福利的战略。第四部分是针对DF(上海)公司本地雇佣外籍员工薪酬管理的满意度调查及分析部分。通过对在华跨国公司外籍员工薪酬福利管理操作进行满意度调查,同时基于满意度调查的结果进行分析和研究找到目前薪酬制度中存在的问题。第五部分是对DF(上海)公司本地雇佣外籍人员薪酬福利管理设计及优化,介绍了设计的原则和优化改进措施。最后一部分是全文的结论部分,对文章主要阐述的观点进行总结。 
英文摘要:With the rapidly economic development of China, more and more multinational companies are choosing to invest in China, so there are many expatriates come to China for work and live. Such diversified staffing in multinational company as human resources management has become more important. Expatriates in multinationals, although the number is less than the number of Chinese employees, but most of them belonging to senior positions in the company or key technical positions, plays an irreplaceable role. Foreign multinational companies in China, the nature of their employment mainly divided into two types of expatriates and local employment. After the financial crisis of Y2008, more multinational companies to take the localization of global human resources management mode, for the consideration of cost control, to reduce the use of expatriates. The "localization" does not mean "nationality", so in multinationals recruitment, more and more companies prefer to use local hiring expatriates, they have the international background of the overseas, but also understand the Chinese market, will be local multinational companies in China to hire foreign employees, its salaries and benefits of management research for the study. The first part is an introduction part, describes the background and significance of this study, defined the object of this paper describes the research methods, article research framework and research content. The second part of the theoretical overview section, an overview of the basic theory of the human resources, compensation management and multinational human resources management theory as the theoretical basis for the article discusses. The third part of the multinational companies in China the status of foreign employees and remuneration management analysis of its structure and characteristics, and also explains the reasons and problems of implementation of the localization of human resources strategy of multinational companies in China, and analyzed on the basis of expatriate salaries and benefits for multinationals local employment strategy. The fourth part is for DF (Shanghai) Company local hired foreigners’ satisfaction survey and analysis section of the expatriate compensation management. Satisfaction survey by expatriate staff salaries and benefits management operations of multinational companies in China, based on the results of the satisfaction survey analysis and research to find the problem exists in the current pay system. The fifth part is to employ expatriates locally DF (Shanghai) Company salaries and benefits management design and optimization, design principles and optimization improvements. The last part is the concluding part of the full-text article mainly deals view summary.
