| 中文摘要: | 当今的商业社会,人们开始有了一种共识,那就是“人是企业发展最重要的资源”。然而,当前的情况是,所有企业都知道顾客忠诚度对企业发展的重要性,这也就不难想象大多企业对于自身成长与发展,将焦点更多的是放在了顾客身上。很少有企业将焦点放在企业内部的员工身上。从某种角度看,员工同样也是企业自身的顾客。员工的忠诚度也会直接或间接影响顾客忠诚度的形成与提升。而高水平的员工忠诚度也是企业长远发展的基石与保障。员工是企业的重要的资源。企业对员工的投入不只体现在工资、福利以及各种保险等方面,这些投入还体现在招聘、录用、培训等方面。不管是什么岗位上的员工更换,都会耗费企业相当大的投入。大多的企业管理者都没有意识到,员工忠诚与员工流失分别对企业积极与消极影响是有多么的大。在新时期,我们应重新认识员工忠诚度对企业发展的意义。本文以天津醒目公司为研究对象,展开对员工忠诚度提升策略研究。本文首先从员工忠诚度的多角度化对公司员工进行忠诚度问卷调查,结合组织行为学、心理学等相关理论知识,进而分析并总结了调查结果,概括了影响员工忠诚度的三大方面的因素,最后依据当前的对员工忠诚度的理论研究并结合个人的想法,对醒目公司存在的员工忠诚度的问题提出了相应的解决思想和策略。本文整体上更多的从人性的角度去分析研究如何提升企业员工忠诚度,希望能够对企业员工忠诚度的提升提供有价值的理论借鉴与参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In current commercial society, people begin to have a common sense, which is "human is the most important resource for company developing". However, the current situation is all the company have known the importance of customer loyalty, we can assume by this point that most company paid more attention on customers to the growth and development of company. From some point, employee is also the customer of company. The loyalty of employee impacts the form and solid of customer loyalty directly and indirectly. The high level of employee loyalty is also the footstone and guarantee for the company’s long term development. Employee is the precious resource of company. The input which company towards employee is not only about the salary, welfare and some other insurance, but also about the recruitment, hire and training and so on. Whether the employees changed from any positions, there is much cost that company would pay. Most company manager do not notice that how big the positive and negative influence of the employee loyalty and employee turnover. At the new age, we should rediscover the meaning of employee loyalty to the company’s development. This thesis takes Tianjin Think mood Company as a research example, analyzing the enhancement strategies for the employee loyalty. This thesis leads a questionnaire from multi-angle of employee loyalty, further analyze and conclude the result of the questionnaire by the combination of organizational behavior, psychology and so one, which summarize the influencing factors from three major aspects. At last, according to the current theory of employee loyalty which combines my own ideas, this thesis provides the corresponding ideas and strategies to improve the bad situation of employee loyalty. The thesis will analyze and research how to enhance the employee loyalty from more of the humanity point overall, hoping provide some valuable theory references and consults for the company to enhance the employee loyalty. | |
