中文摘要：	摘 要随着经济的高速发展，干货箱作为绝大部分货物海运所必须的载体，在世界经济贸易中具有不可或缺的作用。随着世界经济格局的变动，集装箱制造行业的主要企业基本集中在亚洲，尤其是中国。中集集团作为行业的领军人物，中集集团更是时刻面临着同行业竞争者和潜在进入者的巨大威胁，同时集装箱行业技术壁垒很难搭建。面对这种情况，设备维修项目费用如何管控的问题日益凸显。设备维修不同于一般的费用，设备维修具备着保持或延长固定资产使用寿命的作用，也可看做是对固定资产的投资。本文通过天津中集设备维护过程的实例发现，可以通过设备维修管理实现设备维修项目费用的合理使用。本文共分六章，主要研究的是在低成本战略基础上，实现设备维修项目费用的合理使用。并通过天津中集的案例应用来验证其有效性。文章首先对设备维修管理等管理方法进行了相关的理论回顾。其次，对干货箱制造企业生产设备维修项目费用的管理做了深入探讨。针对其管理的独特性，维修费用的主要影响因素、控制方法、检测方法、分析方法、纠偏方法、标准变更方法等几个方面进行了研究。最后，通过天津中集的维修费用管控案例，来研究各种设备维修管理方式是否是行之有效的。本文研究的理论意义在于，通过理论分析，深入探讨全员生产维修（TPM）、全寿命周期管理、备件库存管理、绩效管理等管理方式在设备维修项目费用控制中起到的关键作用。并结合天津中集的维修费用管控案例进行实证分析，证明各管理模式在设备维修项目费用控制中起到重要作用。以天津中集的设备维修项目费用管控为基础，总结其多种管理模式的应用和互相促进的经验、方法。探索对制造型企业，设备维修项目费用管理的适用方法。本文的创新点主要体现在理论探讨和实践探索上。在理论方面，本文总结并提出多种管理方法共同促进实现维修费用的合理使用。在实践方面，以天津中集设备维修费用管控为案例，对维修费用的合理使用加以说明，对过程中发现的问题进行深入分析并提出改善方案。结合干货箱制造企业的特点，提出在设备维修费用项目管理方面的关注点，并提供了借鉴和指导。关键词：干货箱制造企业 设备维修项目费用 费用控制
英文摘要：	Abstract With the rapid economic development, the carrier of dry cargo containers as necessary by the majority of cargo shipping has an indispensable role in the world. With the changes in the pattern of the world economy, the major enterprises of the container manufacturers, the basic focus in Asia, especially China. CIMC established a new technical standards in the industry, changed the manufacturing system of the container manufacturers, CIMC has a huge threat facing the same industry competitors and potential entrants. Container manufacturers difficult to set up technical barriers. Faced with this situation, the cost leadership strategy is undoubtedly a strategic model which CIMC will be selected. Maintenance of equipment is different from the general cost, maintenance cost of equipment has the role to maintain or extend the life of the fixed assets can also be seen as investment in fixed assets. Tianjin CIMC equipment maintenance process instance, found that through the rational use of the equipment maintenance and management of equipment maintenance cost of the project. This thesis is divided into six chapters, the main research is in the low-cost strategies based on the equipment maintenance management. Firstly, the management of equipment maintenance management theory review. Secondly, the management of dry container manufacturing production equipment maintenance cost of the project in depth. For the uniqueness of its management, maintenance costs, the main factors, the control method, detection method, several aspects of the analysis method, the correction method, the standard change methods have been studied.
