| 中文摘要: | 在当今日益激烈的竞争环境中,质量仍然是企业竞争的焦点。质量成为企业发展的战略问题,质量目标管理也日益成为管理的主题。而一种以财务、客户、内部流程和学习与成长四个维度为基本构面的平衡积分卡能够把质量目标管理落到实处。在目前的企业实践中,如何将企业质量目标管理与企业总体战略目标相统一,进而将质量目标管理融入企业的具体经营管理过程中,以及使用具体的指标来衡量质量目标管理的绩效等一系列问题还需要深入研究。因此对基于平衡积分卡的质量目标管理进行研究就成了很有意义的课题。本文将以基于平衡积分卡(BSC)的化工企业质量目标管理问题为立足点,首先在了解企业的质量目标管理内容之后,使用“战略地图”工具对围绕质量管理的战略目标进行详细地分解和描绘,并分别使用平衡积分卡的四个维度(财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长)对质量目标管理的具体分目标进行阐述,从而使企业的全体员工能够更清楚地了解质量目标管理的具体目标以及各部门和员工如何能努力才实现这些目标;随后使用平衡积分卡对质量目标管理进行设置可衡量的绩效指标体系,进一步量化质量目标管理所取得的成果,进而使使管理者更加清晰地了解和把握企业的质量目标管理进度,以便及时采取行动进行控制与纠偏,从而确保实现提高企业质量目标管理水平和取得良好实施效果的目的。最后,本文结合台达化工(天津)有限公司进行目标管理的具体案例对基于平衡积分卡化工企业质量目标管理改善的可行性进行了进一步的说明,为化工企业实施质量目标管理改进的效果提供实证依据,并在此基础上形成了本文的一些结论,并对进一步研究作了一些展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's field of business management, the quality is still the focus of corporate competition. Quality is a strategic issue for the development of enterprises. Quality management by objectives also increasingly becomes the important subject of management. The Balanced Scorecard is a kind of management tool, which includes four dimensions: financial, customer, inside business process, learning and growth, to implement the quality management by objectives. In the current corporate practice, how to target for enterprise quality management strategy with the overall business strategy target combination, and how to implement the quality management by objectives into specific management process, and how to use specific indicators to measure the performance of the quality management by objectives also require a more in-depth research. How to use the Balanced Scorecard strategic management tool for quality management by objectives became valuable topic. The topic of this thesis is chemical enterprise quality management by objectives Based on the balanced scorecard (BSC). At first, after understanding the quality target management’s content, the strategy map is used to depict the decomposition of the strategic intent of the quality of management by objectives. The quality management's strategic goals of a balanced scorecard of financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth in four dimensions are set forth, so that the enterprise can be better aware of the quality of corporate management by objectives specific objectives and a clear understanding of what contributions can be made to the employees and departments. Then further by using the Balanced Scorecard strategic management tool to measure the quality management system performance indicators, the quality management by objectives results achieved are qualitative or quantitative, which allows managers to master the progress of the quality management by objectives, in order to control and corrective, to take further measures to achieve the purpose of improving the effect of the implementation of quality management by objectives. Finally, this thesis cite the specific case of the Taita Chemical (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. to illustrate the quality management by objectives based on BSC, to provide the evidence of implementation of the quality management by objectives to improve the effect of chemical companies, and on the basis to form some of the conclusions in this thesis, and made some outlook to the further study. | |
