中文摘要:在这个信息爆发的时代,娱乐信息、商业信息、生活信息、科技信息、旅游信息、政府信息充斥着我们衣食住行的各个角落。我国的信息传输主流媒体从最早的报纸、广播、杂志转变为模拟电视,从模拟电视逐步发展为有线电视、数字电视,而随着通信行业的迅速发展,电脑、手机都加入到获取视频信息的行列,而随着生活节奏的加快和生活习惯的改变,人们已经不满足于被动的接受信息,更希望在最短的时间内获取自己所关注的信息内容,从而与信息提供方形成了互动,自此交互数字媒体的需求应运而生。随着三网融合的不断推广实施,通信网、互联网、广电网不断的相互渗透、相互兼容,逐步整合成统一的信息通信网络,使可实现交互数字媒体的互联网电视得到了极大的发展。互联网电视作为新兴媒体可在电视、电脑、手机等其他手持设备上实现视频观看、信息搜寻、沟通交流、商务对接等功能,且不受地域疆土限制,宽带、3G、WIFI,只要有信号的地方就可以实现互联网电视应用。现阶段,与三网融合相关的企事业单位都在积极主动的研究互联网电视的技术实现,使媒体与电信技术相融合,同时也在占领用户、研究运营模式上展开了竞争。互联网电视作为各类功能实现的集合体,如何整合多方资源、满足社会需求、获取经济利益已成为业内人士的关注焦点,建立有效的、创新的互联网电视商业模式已刻不容缓。本篇论文的研究目的,就是要通过商业模式理论和设计方法为我国的互联网电视行业开拓出一条长期有效、持续增值的经营道路。本篇论文主要通过商业模式理论和设计方法以及互联网电视的环境分析结合互联网电视的发展现状,对互联网电视进行商业模式分析研究。通过研究商业模式的含义明确商业模式建立的意义,通过研究商业模式类型探索适合互联网电视行业发展的路径,通过商业模式创新研究为互联网电视量身打造一套与实际相符又具有前瞻性的商业模式。通过互联网电视在商业模式9个构造块中的实际情况与定位,结合多边平台式与免费式商业模式样式在互联网电视行业中的应用,最终将两种商业模式样式进行整合,从而创造具体有独特性的互联网电视商业模式,即基于多边平台与免费式相结合的互联网电视商业模式。 
英文摘要:In this information explosion era, entertainment information, business information, technology information, life information, travel information, government information filled every corner of our basic necessities of life. Our information transmission mainstream media from the earliest newspaper, radio, magazine is converted into analog TV, from analog TV for the progressive development of cable television, digital television, and with the rapid development of communication industry, computer, mobile phone are added to obtain video information procession, but with the accelerated pace of life and living habits change, people are no longer satisfied with the passive acceptance of information, hope that in the shortest possible time to get concerned information content, and thus the information provider formed in the interaction, and interactive digital media needs emerge as the times require. With the continuous promotion of the implementation of integration, communication network, the Internet, radio and television networks continue to permeate each other, mutually compatible, and gradually integrated into a unified information communication network, which can realize the interactive digital media Internet TV has got great development. Internet TV as a new media in the television, computer, mobile phone and other handheld devices to achieve video viewing, information search, business communication, docking and other functions, and not subject to geographical territory restriction, broadband, 3G, WIFI, as long as the signal area can achieve mutual network television application. At this stage, and the three nets fusion related enterprises and institutions are in active study of Internet TV technology, make the media and telecommunications technology integration, but also in the occupation of the user, research on competing operating mode. Internet TV as a function of the realization of aggregates, how to integrate various resources, to meet the needs of the society, obtain economic benefits has become the industry's focus, the establishment of an effective, innovative Internet TV business model has to brook no delay. The aim of this thesis, is through the business model theory and design method for our country's Internet TV industry to develop a long-term, sustained value-added business road. This paper mainly through the business model theory and design method as well as Internet television environment analysis combined with Internet TV current status, on Internet TV business model analysis. Through the research on the business model of meaning clear commercial pattern establishment significance, through the study of the pattern of business models to explore suitable for Internet TV industry development path, through the research on business model innovation for Internet TV to tailor a set of consistent with the reality and forward-looking business model. Through Internet TV business model in 9 tectonic blocks in the actual situation and the localization, binding multilateral platform pattern and free pattern business model in Internet TV industry in the application, will eventually be two business model style integration, thereby creating a specific unique internet TV business model, which is based on a multilateral platform pattern and free pattern combination of Internet TV business model.
