| 中文摘要: | 基金作为一种新的投资产品近几年来在我国金融投资市场的快速发展有目共睹,随着基金产品市场和投资者数量扩张,越来越多的基金管理公司开始认识到投资者关系管理的重要性并将其纳入公司发展总体战略和日常工作之中。在众多投资者关系管理方式方法中,互联网凭借其信息传播效率和多维度互动特性在众多管理投资者关系渠道中日益成为主流。对于基金行业投资者关系管理活动以及互联网应用水平的研究将有助于提升我国基金行业总体水平,规范基金投资产品运营,保护投资者利益,促进我国基金行业长期健康发展。 以往的很多研究都是围绕上市公司运用互联网进行投资者关系管理进行研究,但是对于基金管理公司运用互联网进行投资者关系管理的研究却不多见。笔者尝试调查研究我国当前基金行业应用互联网进行投资者关系管理的总体水平,并发现其中普遍存在问题和缺陷。本文选取了20家基金管理公司为样本进行实证研究,以我国基金行业使用互联网进行投资者关系管理的水平为研究主题。 为了客观准确地对研究对象进行评估,笔者首先结合投资者关系理论和我国基金行业发展现状与特点构建了一套独立的评价体系。该评估体系将基金管理公司基于互联网的投资者关系管理评估内容具体细化为五组三层的62个具体评价指标,并通过层次分析法对指标的相对权重进行了计算,同时将每个评价指标按照不同应用水平详细划分为四个等级的评价标准。然后根据评价指标对选取样本基金管理公司的网站逐项进行数据采集,经由计算得到样本基金管理公司基于互联网的投资者关系管理水平结果。通过对样本基金管理公司评价结果的横向和纵向统计分析和比较,对基金行业运用互联网进行投资者关系管理活动的总体水平和具体项目中存在的问题进行了分析。结果表明,我国基金行业运用互联网进行投资者关系管理的总体水平不容乐观,具体表现是信息传递效率不高,投资者互动不足。最后笔者根据调查研究的结果中发现的问题,并结合WEB2.0技术及其应用的发展趋势为优化基金管理公司投资者关系管理提供了建议和对策。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As a new investment product in China investment market, the achievements and development of fund are obvious. With the increasing volume of investor and market, more and more fund management company starts to recognize the importance of Investor Relations Management and integrates it into daily work and development strategy. In the various method and model of Investor Relations Management, Internet becomes the predominant media for its special characteristic of high efficiency and hyperdimensional interaction. This research will contribute to standardized operation, investor protection and healthy growth of Fund industry. The previous research mainly focused on Internet IRM application level in public company. But the research on the area of Internet RIM application level in Fund Management Company is extremely rare. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a research on performance of China Fund Management Company Internet IRM application level and discover the normal issue and weakness. This paper selected 20 Fund Management Companies as the sample of empirical research and defined Internet IRM application level in China Fund Management Company as subject. In order to deliver an objective and accurate assessment, we construct an independent evaluation system, according to IRM theory and China Fund business environment. This system specifies the evaluation content as 62 indicators with 3 layers and 4 rankings. It also analyzes the weight of each indicator with analytic hierarchy process. The research found that the weakness mainly focuses on the efficiency of information communication and investor interactive, which indicated that it is not optimistic for this area. Basing on the statistical analysis result, this paper commented the its detail weakness and makes suggestion of improvement and implement to Fund Management Company with the trend of WEB2.0 technology and application. | |
