| 中文摘要: | 毫无疑问,企业文化的培育与演化是现代企业发展、壮大的源动力。企业文化的功能效用体现在利用企业价值导向构建统一的理念、一致行动规范、趋同的整体与个体目标,将企业内部具有不同学历、经历以及不同利益追求、有各种差异的人凝聚起来,形成一个具有凝聚力的团体。企业文化对企业的各个部门也有着很大的作用。本文研究分析东亚毛纺厂企业文化的创建、发展过程及其作用,讨论企业文化对财务管理的影响,使用逻辑分析、定性分析以及文献研究法等,结合东亚毛纺厂的实际情况提出对该厂企业文化及财务管理政策改革的若干建议。研究结果发现:东亚企业文化融合了中国儒家思想,西方现代管理思想、哲学思想和宗教信仰,促进了企业的发展。同时,也对企业财务管理的目标、控制,投资,融资,运营资本产生影响。建议东亚公司能够进一步提升企业文化的市场知名度,创建学习型企业文化体系,强化企业文化动态调整机制,并建立起现代化企业制度、加强财务制度体系建设,构建企业财务文化并营造以人为本的和谐财务管理氛围。 | |
| 英文摘要: | It is no doubt that the cultivation and evolution of the enterprise culture is the source power of the modern enterprise’s development and expansion. The function of the enterprise culture is reflected in the use of the enterprise value orientation to construct unified concept, consistent action specification and converging goal of the team and person. It can unite various persons who have different qualifications, experience and pursuit of interests and the other different parts to form a team. The enterprise culture also plays a significant role to each department of the company. This paper researches and analyses the creation, the development process and the role of enterprise culture which is belong to Dearyoung enterprise. Then it discusses the enterprise culture’s influence on financial management. Using the logical analysis, qualitative analysis and literature research method, it provides some advices to the enterprise culture and the financial management policy by combining the actual situation of Dearyoung enterprise. The research result shows that Dearyoung enterprise culture is fused Chinese Confucianism and western modern thought of management, philosophy and religion belief. It promotes the development of the enterprise. At the same time, it also affects the enterprise financial management objectives, control, investment, financing and capital operation. I suggest that Dearyoung enterprise should promote the market visibility of its enterprise culture, create learning type enterprise culture system, and intensify enterprise culture dynamic adjustment mechanism. And Dearyoung enterprise also should establish a modern enterprise system, intensify the construction of financial system, establish enterprise financial culture and create a people-oriented harmonious financial management atmosphere. | |
