| 中文摘要: | 随着经济的快速发展,特别是中国加入WTO后,经济发展更加迅速,并且在原有的基础上更加促进了对外贸易,使得经济发展出现火热的状态,这也进一步促进了港口企业的发展。由于我国经济发展比较晚,发展速度交发达国家也比较缓慢,在追求发展的过程中也随之产生了很多问题,比如不良竞争等。由于企业为了自己经济的进一步发展,在业务的竞争中并没有充分考虑长远的利益,使得港口企业与其他组织出现不协调的局面,改变这一局势是当务之急。天津港集团招商部为了打造一个以目标为导向的团队,提升团队的效率,建设积极开放的工作环境,调动员工工作的积极性,对团队内部进行了一次深入的研究,并通过调研和分析总结的结果整理出了具有突破性的团队变革的方向和步骤,在课题研究本身和打造以目标为导向的团队领域进行了创新。本论文以天津港工业产业园区作为研究背景,首先对中国、天津、及天津港集团工业产业园区的发展进行回顾,归纳总结工业产业园区的发展对所在地经济发展的重大作用。招商引资作为工业产业园区的经济来源,负责招商引资的招商部门的重要性更是彰显无遗,而决定招商部门发展的核心则是其团队。本论文以天津港工业产业园区招商部为研究对象,从加强人员管理角度出发打造招商部成为目标导向型团队为研究方向,通过对国内其他工业产业园区对比研究,指出天津港招商部在发展中存在问题,结合先进管理理论及优秀团队管理经验,为天津港工业产业园区招商部成为目标导向型团队提出建议。论文的主要工作和成果如下:一是挖掘、分析对工业产业园区发展起关键作用的招商部门的作用,从而通过打造招商部门为目标导向型团队,进行推动工业产业园区的可持续发展;二是采用定量分析、定性分析、标杆研究等方式分析总结天津港工业产业园区招商部发展中存在的问题;三是在前述研究成果的基础上,提出达成目标所依据的理论;四是提出建立以目标为导向的天津港集团招商部整体解决方案。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous increase of the China’s opening up, China’s economy and foreign trade development for the port of enterprise development has brought a huge market opportunity, but also in competition with foreign port enterprises exposed problems in the Chinese port enterprise development, especially not match the port economy, port enterprises disorderly competition and repeat construction is very serious. In this context, coordination relationship with the port and other enterprise or organization to promote the port enterprise harmonious development become an important way to solve the current problem of port enterprise. Tianjin Port Group investment department in order to create a goal-oriented team, enhance the efficiency of the team, building a positive and open working environment, to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff working, within the team conducted an in-depth research, and through investigation and analysis to summarize the results of sorting out the breakthrough team change direction and steps, in the study of the subject itself and create a goal-oriented team conducted in areas of innovation.. In this thesis, Tianjin Port industrial park as the research background, Firstly review of China Tianjin and the development of the industrial park in Tianjin Port Group, summarized the major role in the development of the industrial park on the location of economic development Investment. In this thesis, Tianjin port industrial park investment as the object of reseach, from the strengthening personnel management point of view to build the investment Department to become goal-oriented team research direction, through a comparative study of other industrial park, pointed the investment Department of the TianJin Port Group the existing problems in the development, combined with domestic and foreign advanced management theory and excellent team management experience, become goal-oriented team Tianjin Port industrial port investment recommendations.
