中文摘要:摘要随着中国经济的快速增长和居民消费水平的不断提升,过去几年,我国汽车行业出现了罕见的高增长,与此同时,汽车零部件生产企业也经历了不同寻常的“黄金增长期”。在全球经济一体化进程不断加快的形势下,特别是我国加入WTO之后,我国汽车零部件生产企业还要同国际市场的企业展开竞争,这对于企业经营战略的研究提出了更高的要求,企业是否具有明确而又切实可行的经营战略成为关系到企业生死存亡的重大问题。本文基于经营战略的相关理论研究,首先从发展历程、组织构架及经营产品三方面分析了天纳克公司的经营现状,并指出该公司目前存在的财务成本节节攀升、市场开拓相对单一、人力资源管理滞后、技术开发能力较低、组织架构不通畅等问题;其次,分别运用PEST分析法从经济发展环境、社会文化环境、技术发展环境、政治法律环境等方面对天纳克公司进行分析,运用经营战略五力模型对其行业竞争对手、产品购买者、原材料供货商、替代产品企业以及行业潜在进入者进行分析,运用SWOT分析法对其面临的机会、威胁及优势、劣势进行综合评估与分析;最后,基于以上分析,本文提出了天纳克公司经营战略的定位并制定相关保障措施,包括成本控制与市场开发保障措施、组织结构与人力资源保障措施、技术创新与企业文化保障措施。 关键词:天纳克公司,经营环境,经营战略 
英文摘要:Abstract In the past few years, with the rapid growth of our economy and the improvement of people’s consumption level, there is a high growth which is rarely seen in automobile industry of China. Meanwhile, the automobile spare parts manufacturing enterprises are also experiencing an unusual “golden period”. With the process of global economic integration accelerates ceaselessly, especially after China’s entry into the WTO, China’s automobile spare parts manufacturing enterprises have to compete with international enterprises, and this puts forward a higher requirement to the study of enterprise management strategy. Weather the enterprise has a clear and practical management strategy has become a major problem of vital importance. Based on the related theories of management strategy, the thesis at first introduces present situation of TBRC company’s management from three aspects, that is its development history, organization structure and product. Then it points out some current problems existing in the company which includes the increasing financial cost, the relatively single market development, the lagging human resource management, the low technological development ability and the unstructured organization structure; Then, the article analyses the company’s external environment using PEST analysis from four aspects including the development of economy, the social and cultural environment, the development of technology and political and legal environment. It analyses the company’s competitors, consumers, raw material suppliers, substitution product enterprise and the potential entrants using the Five forces model. Using the SWOT analysis to discuss and evaluate the company’s opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. Finally, based on the above-all analysis, the thesis puts forward the company’s strategic orientation and draw up the related security measures,which includes the cost control and market development of safeguard measures, organization structure and human resource safeguard measures, technical innovation and enterprise culture safeguard measures.
