| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济向一体化方向发展,电子制造企业间的竞争变得异常尖锐和激烈。尤其在电子商务环境下,企业若要在多变的市场环境中立足并谋求发展,必须不断地寻求新的竞争优势。基于协同供应链的零库存管理正是为了迎合这一需要而从众多的管理领域中脱颖而出的。基于协同供应链的零库存管理不是简单的管理方式的变更,而是体现了一种新型的管理思想和管理理念。它不仅可以实现企业成本的降低和效率的提高,而且可以实现客户服务水平的整体提升,使企业拥有持续的市场竞争力。 本文作者立足于国内外有关供应链库存管理的最新研究成果基础之上,将研究重点放在零库存控制方法方面,以实现零库存的目标。主要针对供应链上的生产库存(由供应商和制造商组成)和分配库存(由分销商和零售商组成)系统,通过对比全局最优解和局部最优解,提出了几种有效的供应链零库存管理协同策略。企业管理者希望实现他们的零库存,保证物料供应和产品分配的顺畅,实现利润最大化。零库存,没有资金和仓库占用,是库存管理的理想状态。然而,由于受到不确定供应,不确定需求和生产等诸多因素的制约,企业的库存管理困难重重,但是生产商通过与供应商的有效协同管理,企业实现零库存并不是遥不可及的,协同供应链管理是实现电子制造企业零库存的核心要素。 本文采运用文献分析和案例分析的方法来研究如何实现零库存管理。论文的最后阐述了当前实施供应链库存管理中存在的一些主要问题,并提出了改善供应链库存管理的具体建议,为我国企业实施供应链管理提供指导。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the great development on economic globalization and electronics manufactures , zero inventory management, as a kind of advanced management technology of modern logistics, has won much recognition from the leading enterprises around the world, and its development extent has become an important sign to weigh the competitiveness of an enterprise in collaborative supply chain . Zero inventory management is a kind of integrated management technology, and has been called a revolution on logistics management by some managers. As electronics manufacturer, to achieve zero inventory is neither a simple matter accomplished in one action, nor a goal achieved by oneself. Now, subtle changes have appeared between electronics manufacturers and suppliers, and the implementation of zero inventory to a great extent means transferring the stock risks from the electronics manufacturers to the suppliers among the collaborative supply chain. Running an enterprise alone seems more difficult currently, and has been replaced by the collaborative management, target sharing, and prospect planning between the enterprises. Therefore, it’s thought that the collaborative management between the manufactures and suppliers is the only way to implement zero inventory management, and also a rational reaction to the market globalization, increased competition, fast innovation, and technical complication. However, the implementation of zero inventory management needs a series of conditions to rely on, if the cooperation between the manufacturers and suppliers does not work very well, and it will result in excessive stock, and the resources can not be fully utilized. Once any electronics manufacturers took zero inventory as running strategy, it would bring unilaterally forward and implement, transfer the stock risks to the suppliers completely, which make the complaints from the suppliers heard everywhere, and increase the disputes and blames between each other. If the problem can not be resolved in time, the electronics manufacturers and suppliers will probably end the cooperation at this point, and even hurt each other. Therefore, in the current business environment, if the electronics manufacturers want to achieve zero inventory management, only the collaborative supply management between the electronics manufacturers and suppliers will effectively avoid the above problems. Starting from this point, using the method of integrating the theory with the practices, and basing on the author’s long-term working experiences, the thesis discuss the implementation of zero inventory through collaborative supply management, and make a thorough analysis on the existing problems. In the thesis, to achieve zero inventory is regarded as the final objective of inventory management of electronics manufacturers, while the collaborative alliance management between electronics manufacturers and suppliers is regarded as the base of implementing zero inventory. Meanwhile it summarizes some principles and methods and discusses thoroughly the implementation of zero inventory through collaborative supply management, which provides some useful reference for the enterprises in inventory management rationalization and increases its competitiveness. After making the point on collaborative supply management, the thesis analyses the method of implementation based on collaborative supply zero inventory management, including analysis on obstacles and solutions. Since suppliers play an important role in collaborative supply zero inventory management, in the thesis is the special cooperation strategy of the supplies discussed, including detailed requirement to suppliers and its working procedure and improvement proposal. In the last part of the thesis, it makes an example to further discuss and summarize some suggestions on collaborative supply management. Through discussion on zero inventory strategy based on collaborative supply management, the thesis provides some references for the domestic manufacturers and suppliers. Zero inventory management has been the final objective. It is hoped that collaborative management, the inventory of the enterprise could be controlled and reduced to the lowest level, working capital tied up on the inventory could be utilized again, thus to achieve the win-win objective between the manufacturers and suppliers. | |
