中文摘要：	供应链金融作为一种新兴的融资产品早已出现在国际金融行业，近年来国内金融机构，特别是商业银行在这一新兴业务领域进行了积极的探索和尝试，一些机构将其作为自身的战略产品进行重点研究和开发。融资性担保公司，作为我国金融体系中重要的组成部分，同样在不断进行着探索和研究。 中国投资担保有限公司是国内最早成立的融资性担保公司，其产品和服务在国内担保行业中一直处于领导地位。当前，面对国内供应链金融快速发展的趋势，公司将供应链金融担保产品确立为公司的重要创新性产品，不断进行着研究和实践。 本文首先对我国担保行业的发展现状和问题进行分析和梳理，然后运用PEST模型、五力模型、SWOT模型等管理分析方法和工具，对中投保公司供应链金融担保业务的内外部环境进行了系统性分析，在此基础上提出了中投保公司供应链金融担保业务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，进而分析得出中投保公司供应链金融担保业务的产品竞争战略，即产品差异化战略。之后，本文讨论了中投保公司供应链金融担保业务面临的主要风险，即信用风险、操作风险和法律风险，提出了针对公司风险管理的建议。最后根据供应链金融担保业务的特点，提出了对中投保公司供应链金融担保业务操作审批流程和组织架构创新的建议。 本论文的主要创新点在于对我国担保行业供应链金融担保领域进行了分析和研究，提出了中投保公司供应链金融担保产品竞争战略、产品创新思路和战略实施的保障措施。
英文摘要：	Supply chain finance，as a new kind of financing product, have appeared in the international financial market for a long time. In recent years, domestic financial institutions, especially the commercial banks, have done a lot of research and practice in the same field. Some agencies even treat it as their strategic product and put it into research and development. Credit guarantee corporations, as an important part of the financial system in our country, are also researching and exploring. China national investment & guaranty Co., Ltd (hereinafter called I&G) is the earliest credit guarantee corporation in China. Its products and services stand in a leadership position in the guaranty industry of China. Currently, in the face of rapid development of the domestic supply chain finance trends, I&G has considered the supply chain finance guaranty product as the company's innovative product, and keep researching and practice. This thesis, at first, analyzed the development status and problem of the domestic guarantees industry, then using PEST model, Five Forces model and SWOT model to analyze the internal and external environment of supply chain finance guarantee business of I&G. Based on this analysis, the thesis proposes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the supply chain finance guarantee business in I&G, then the thesis concludes the product competition strategy, i.e. product differentiation strategy, for supply chain finance guarantee in I&G. After that, this thesis mainly discussed the major risks, which the supply chain finance guarantee business would face, including credit risks, operational risks and legal risks. Then writer made a recommendation for a corporate risk management. Finally, according to the characteristics of supply chain finance guarantee business, the thesis proposed innovative proposals for operation process and organizational framework adjustment of supply chain finance guarantee business. The paper's main innovation points lies in the study of supply chain finance guarantee of Chinese guaranty industry, and propose differentiation competitive strategy, product innovations and strategic implementation safeguards for supply chain finance guarantee in I&G.
