中文摘要:当今全球经济低迷,国际贸易形势严峻,作为我国对外出口贸易的主力军国有外贸企业较之以前面临着前所未有的挑战。其人才流失及业务流失现象严重,竞争力减退,市场份额不断萎缩,到了必须采取切实有效的措施加以改变的时候。而根据公司创业理论,在国有外贸企业内部进行以公司创业为特点的激励机制创新,鼓励核心业务人员带领业务团队在公司内部创业成为了提升国有外贸企业活力及竞争力的关键。然而,国有外贸企业的公司创业并不是一帆风顺,在实际运行的过程中存在很多问题,其核心主要是激励机制不适用于公司创业的新发展,以及监督约束机制的缺乏。所以,如何解决好这一问题,使得激励机制更好的支持公司创业机制的建立,并适应国有外贸企业公司创业的发展成为了至关重要的问题。 本文根据激励机制的相关理论,结合公司创业及公司创业机制等内容进行分析,着重阐述了国有外贸企业创新激励机制的实质及现行激励机制的不足,阐述了作为激励机制创新的公司创业的确立及其与企业战略之间的关系。并由此形成适应于公司创业的全新的激励机制,最终以其为基础,构建国有外贸企业的组织结构,资源配置,激励以及企业文化等公司创业机制。这其中既包括以激励理论为基础选择适合的创业模式,又包括以激励理论为保障优化对公司创业的资源支持,还包括以激励理论为导向,建立全面有效的公司创业机制。最后,以LX国有外贸企业为实例,阐述了其以公司创业为特点的激励机制创新的实际情况及存在的问题,并相应地提出了有关对策,从而更好地指导LX公司以后的公司创业活动。 本文创造性的将公司创业理论引入国有外贸企业的发展过程中,为国有外贸企业竞争力的提高提出了一种新的解决思路。主要希望通过对国有外贸企业公司创业激励机制的研究,促进其公司创业机制的建立,将公司创业形成一种制度在企业内部确立下来,以此来实现激励的创新并指导企业活动,从而提高企业的核心竞争力,避免人才流失业务流失,使国有外贸企业焕发新的青春。 
英文摘要:With the global economic downturn, the international trade situation is getting grim. As the main part of Chinese export trade, the state-owned trade enterprises are facing more unprecedented challenges than before. Many qualified employees leave company, which make it lose many businesses either. At the same time, their competitiveness become weak and market share continue to shrink. It is time to change this situation with some effective measures. According to the theory of corporate entrepreneurship, the key to enhance the vitality and competitiveness of state-owned trade enterprises is to innovate in incentive mechanism characterized corporate entrepreneurship inside the enterprise, and is to encourage the core employees to establish a new business team, manage and run it at the same time. However, during the process of running corporate entrepreneurship in state-owned trade enterprises, there are a lot of problems. And the core reason is that the incentive mechanism does not fit for the new situation under the corporate entrepreneurship, and is the lack of supervision and restraint mechanism. So, how to solve this problem well, how to make the incentive mechanism support the establishment of corporate entrepreneurship mechanism and make it to adapt the development of entrepreneurship, that become a critical problem. Basing on the theory of incentive mechanism and combining with the content of corporate entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship mechanism, this paper analyze the core factor of innovating incentive mechanism in state-owned trade enterprises and the deficiency of prevailing incentive mechanism. It also analyzes the establishment of corporate entrepreneurship as innovative incentive, and describes the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and corporate strategy. With this analysis, finally it forms a new incentive mechanism to adapt corporate entrepreneurship. And ultimately, basing on this new incentive mechanism, it constructs the organizational structure, the resource allocation, the incentive and corporate culture system. The whole corporate entrepreneurship mechanism does not only include the choice of correct entrepreneurial model, but the optimization of all the resource inside the enterprise, and the establishment of comprehensive and effective measures under this mechanism. Finally, taking LX state-owned trade enterprise as the sample, it describes the actual situation and problem of its incentive-based business under corporate entrepreneurship. Studying its causes is in order to guide the entrepreneurial activities of LX enterprise better in future. This article creatively introduces the corporate entrepreneurship theory into the development process of the state-owned trade enterprises, and brings forward a new idea to improve the competitiveness of state-owned trade enterprises. It mainly intents to promote the establishment of corporate entrepreneurship mechanism under the study on incentive mechanism, and forms a kind of system within the enterprises. All these measures will be regarded as innovation of incentive mechanism, and help to guide corporate activities, which in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, to avoid the loss of capable staff and business, and to fresh state-owned trade enterprises again.
