| 中文摘要: | 随着美国次贷危机引起的2008年全球经济危机开始后,众多企业都面临着严峻的考验,全球很多企业由于资金链断裂而导致破产。企业之间的生存竞争,尤其是制造型企业之间的竞争日益激烈。现代企业之间的竞争不只是新的技术、产品之间的竞争,更是供应链管理能力的竞争。本文作者就职的H公司在应对该经济危机时,为了更好的在全球激烈的竞争中取得优势地位,采取了战略转移的策略,整合了分散在全球的工厂,使得天津工厂成为全球唯一的供货工厂。随着公司对于供应链管理科学的进一步深入学习和认识,我们越来越意识到库存不是企业的财富,而是企业的负担,过多的库存占压了企业大量的资金,使得运营成本增加。因此优化库存,合理的控制库存,改善库存结构就极为重要了。本文就是在这个背景下,首先对供应链下库存管理的定义、作用、成本和重要性进行了阐述,其次介绍了库存控制的原理和传统库存管理方法,并具体回顾了当今库存管理中常用的几种方法:ABC分类管理、看板管理、最大最小化管理、供应商管理库存、MRP管理等方法,另外阐述了最小订货量预警和安全库存设定。同时,基于这些基础理论的支持,结合H公司天津工厂的实际状况,从定性和定量的角度对H公司的产品的库存现状进行了深入的分析,总结了库存管理现状的问题,并分别从库存管理问题产生的内因和外因两方面分析了H公司产品库存管理问题产生的原因。针对其产生的原因分别从库存管理方法,库存控制方法,预测方法等方面系统地对H公司产品库存管理进行改善和优化,同时详细的介绍了H公司导入全物料计划管理和拉动式生产的相关情况。并介绍了新的库存控制方法的实施步骤以及详细介绍了看板管理实施的流程。最后也提出了库存控制的理论和方法与实际生产过程中支持新产品导入生产、客户在整个供应链的参与程度和生产中突发质量问题等如何结合在一起的问题,需要进一步探讨和研究。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Numerous companies are facing critical situation since the global economic crisis which caused by subprime crisis of USA in 2008, and many companies were bankrupt due to the fund-chain broken. The competitions of companies, especially for manufacture companies are more and more fierce. The competitions among modern companies include not only new technology and the products, but also the ability of supply chain management. In order to achieve advantaged position when facing economic crisis, H Company where the author works at takes the strategic shift, transferred the same project which was made by many factories in worldwide to Tianjin factory, and Tianjin factory became the only supplier to support global business. Accompany with the deeply studying of supply chain knowledge, we realized that the inventory is not the fortune but the burden of a company. Much more stock occupies lots of fund and increase operation cost. So optimizing and controlling the inventory, improve the inventory structure will be very important. This thesis review the inventory management concept, function, cost and its significance base on this background. Then introduce the theory of inventory control and traditional management method. And review the details of ABC classification management, KANBAN, Min Max, VMI and MRP, also review the MOQ caution and safety stock setup method. By supporting of these theories, combined with the situation of Tianjin factory, analyze the current inventory status, and the reason of inventory problems from internal and external. According to these reasons, improve and optimize the inventory management in several aspects, such as management method, control method, forecast method and etc. Meanwhile, introduce the PFEP and Pull system by details. Also introduce the implementation steps of new inventory control method and KANBAN management procedure. At last, mentioned the open tasks which need to be following up in the further to make the inventory control better. | |
