中文摘要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,全球市场一体化的格局逐渐形成。企业在全球化范围内的机遇与挑战更为广泛和深入,市场资源和供应链资源的竞争日益激烈。顾客对价格、质量和交货期等传统需求的要求更加严格,同时对产品的功能性要求更为差异化和定制化。 伴随着市场需求的快速变化和需求的不确定性,企业在激烈的市场竞争中快速满足市场需求的能力便成为了企业的核心竞争优势。每个为满足顾客需求而开发的新的产品或功能,对于企业来说都是以相对应的新项目的形式开发完成的。优质而高效的完成每个新产品开发过程则需要企业高效调动资源能力的强力支撑,供应链的资源则成为每个项目能否优质而高效完成的关键要素。因此,企业间供应链与供应链之间的竞争则成为企业核心竞争优势的关键要素。供应链管理思想已经成为当今企业竞争中的主要指导思想,而采购管理和供应商管理则成为供应链管理的核心和基础。今天的市场竞争的特征不再是企业与企业,产品与产品之间的竞争,而是企业自身供应链与产业内其他供应链之间的竞争。一个软弱无力的链接可能破坏整条链的竞争力,基于供应链环境下的供应商采购战略具有战略地位。考核现代制造企业的一个重要指标是其供应过程是否高速有效的支持企业的制造活动。采购管理和供应商管理是其保障供应过程的重要环节,是优化和稳定供应渠道,快速响应采购需求,提高产品质量和最大化企业资金的利用率,降低库存成本和采购成本,最终实现降低总成本和提高公司利润率,加强和巩固公司的核心竞争优势。本文从供应链管理对制造型企业运营的重要性入手,提出采购管理和供应商管理的重要性和对企业发展的意义。以JD公司作为研究背景,重点分析了跨国大型制造型企业采购管理和供应商管理的现状。以采购管理和供应商管理为理论依据,并以提升JD公司核心竞争优势为目标,通过新产品开发过程为契机对其现有流程和管理现状进行了分析和改进。采购管理和供应商管理理论将随着供应链管理水平的提高而不断完善,而对于不同行业的采购管理和供应商管理理论会有不同的方式,本文是以制造型企业为背景进行分析,希望对此类企业有一定的借鉴和帮助。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of information technology, the pattern of global market integration gradually formed Enterprise’s opportunities and challenges are broader and in-depth within the context of globalization, and facing increasingly competitive market resources and supply chain resources. Traditional needs of customers on price, quality and delivery requirement are more stringent, more differentiated and customized requirement on functionality of product at the same time. The uncertainty associated with the rapid changes and demands of market demand, enterprise in the fierce market competition, the ability to quickly meet market demand will become the company’s core competitive advantage. Every new product or feature developed according to the customer needs is corresponding to development a new project. Quality and efficient completion of each of new product development process are needs strong support of the ability to mobilize resources efficient, supply chain resources become key elements of each project can be high-quality and efficient completion. Therefore, the competition between the inter-enterprise supply chain and supply chain to become a key element of the enterprise’s core competitive advantage. Supply chain management has become the main guiding ideology in today’s business competition, procurement management and supplier management are become the core and foundation of supply chain management. Characteristics of today’s market competition are no longer between business to business, products and product competition, but competition between the enterprise’s own supply chain with the industry supply chain. A weak link could undermine the competitiveness of the whole chain, has a strategic position strategy based suppliers in the supply chain environment.
