中文摘要：	随着经济全球化趋势的加快以及信息系统与Internet的普及，全球化的市场逐步形成。特别是在我国加入WTO后，企业将会直接面对来自国内外的激烈竞争。另一方面，在许多企业的战略中，库存和物流管理变得越来越重要。企业库存管理和物流活动的展开势必产生大量数据和信息，而对信息的处理可以管理和控制库存管理和物流活动，支持企业高层决策，提高企业的效益、效率和管理水平。 面对钢帘线行业在国内市场的激烈竞争以及原材料价格的大幅上扬，作为世界一流品牌贝卡尔特的市场地位正面临市场竞争的无情挑战。贝卡尔特公司为了适应市场的变化，进行了战略的转变，挖掘内部的潜力，从企业内部管理控制着手，以谋求保持其竞争优势。为更好地适应市场需求和公司发展战略，贝卡尔特公司必须审视和重建公司的存货管理控制模式以达到提高效率、增强服务和管理水平的目的。 本文针对贝卡尔特公司存货管理中存在的问题，运用先进的存货管理思想和方法进行分析，并希望借此加强企业的存货管理水平，增强企业的竞争力。 本文的内容主要分为五个部分。第一部分为相关理论的回顾，介绍了国内外内部控制理论的发展过程，并对相关理论做了简要的评价。第二部分为贝卡尔特公司的基本情况介绍及公司存货管理控制存在的主要问题。第三部分针对公司目前存货管理控制模式中存在的问题提出了管理控制功能的总体设计，重点对存货管理控制相关的销售、采购和实物管理功能进行设计。第四在对存货管理控制模式功能设计的基础上，针对存货实物管理、采购控制和销售控制提出了实施及优化措施。最后是对全文的总结，阐述了研究的不足，并展望了未来的研究方向。 本文所作的工作并非纯理论研究，而是应用存货管理控制中相关的理论去解决实际问题，作者希望通过对公司现存的存货管理控制模式的分析与研究，并为公司即将开展的管理系统整合项目提供一些实践的经验和教训。
英文摘要：	With the economic globalization acceleration, as well as information systems and the popularization of Internet, the globalization of the market is taking shape. In particular, China's accession to the WTO, enterprises will be directly in the face of fierce competition from home and abroad. On the other hand, in the strategic policy of many enterprises, inventory and logistics management is becoming increasingly important. Inventory management and logistics business activities carried out is bound to have a large amount of data and information, and information processing, in turn, can manage and control inventory management and logistics activities in support of high-level corporate decision-making, increase the effectiveness, efficiency and management. Steel Cord industry is in the face of fierce competition in the domestic market, as well as raw materials prices rose sharply, as a world-class brand, Bekaert's position in the market is facing a relentless challenge of market competition. In order to adapt to market changes, Bekaert changes its strategy and starts mining potential of the internal management control to seek to maintain its competitive position. In order to better adapt to market demand, Bekaert has to develop strategies and reconstruct inventory mode of management control so as to achieve the use of advanced information technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and enhance the management level. The article analyzes Bekaert’s inventory mode system of management and controlling by using the advanced inventory management theory aiming at current problems, the author hopes that it could improve the inventory management level and enhance the Bekaert’s competition in the future. Five main sections are included in this thesis. The related theories are reviewed and appraised briefly, and internal and external histories of internal controlling theories are introduced in the first section. Then the basic condition and current problems of Bekaert’s inventory management are introduced in the second section. In the third section, the general designs on the problems of Bekaert’s inventory and control are put forward, especially focused on inventory management and control functions of sales, purchasing and stock management. After that, the thesis proposes implementation and optimized measurements on inventory management, purchasing and sales controlling in the fourth section, based on the inventory management and controlling functional designs. Finally, it’s a conclusion for the whole thesis, the research deficiency is stated and the future research is prospected. The advance theories of inventory management and controlling are applied in this thesis to solve practical problems instead of a pure theoretical study. The author expects to give a number of practical experience and lessons learned on the management of systems integration projects to be carried out in the future, by the analysis and research on company's existing inventory management control mode.
