中文摘要：	自人类社会进入21世纪以来，企业发展环境日渐明显地呈现出三大趋势：市场化、国际化和民主化。在这样的环境背景下，有两个现象逐渐变得引人眼球：其一是管理咨询的蓬勃发展；其二是项目管理的广泛应用。DTC公司是一家管理咨询公司，经过十年的发展，公司的人员规模迅速膨胀，经营业绩不断提高，根据企业的生命周期理论，DTC公司已经进入了成长期。在这一阶段，伴随着公司的迅速扩张，公司在咨询项目的管理中呈现出一系列的新特点，也面临着前所未有的困难和挑战，尤其是面对越来越多的咨询项目，公司亟待寻求以咨询项目群管理的方式，对多个咨询项目进行管理，以期提高管理效益，达成公司的战略目标。本文对DTC公司咨询项目群管理进行研究，旨在通过本文，对处于成长期的DTC公司的咨询项目群管理方式进行梳理和构建，帮助DTC公司对咨询项目群进行系统有效的管理，提高咨询项目的管理效率，帮助公司借助高效的项目管理积淀实力，赢得竞争优势，获得快速发展。 本文首先阐明了研究背景和文章框架结构。在对相关理论进行探讨的过程中，在对前人研究的基础上，对项目管理和咨询项目管理进行了简单介绍。通过对管理咨询公司的发展历程和DTC公司咨询项目的现状的分析，得出了DTC公司亟待改进的问题，并提出了以规范化的咨询项目群管理解决公司的现实问题，满足公司的发展需求。为规范咨询项目群的管理，文章分析了DTC公司咨询项目群管理的目标，对DTC公司咨询项目群进行了选择，并深入研究了DTC公司咨询项目群的管理实施以及持续改进。在文章最后，对全文进行了总结和展望。论文的主要创新点是，基于成长期管理咨询公司的特点，进行了咨询项目群管理的研究。
英文摘要：	Since human society entered the 21st century, three tendencies of the enterprise development environment has become more and more obvious, which are marketization, internationalization and democratization. Under this circumstance two phenomenons are getting popular:the vigorous development of management consulting industry and the wide application of project management. DTC Company is a developing management consulting company. After ten years of development, the scale of staff and operating results grow rapidly. According to the theory of Life Cycle of Enterprises, DTC has entered growing period. Along with the company's rapid expansion, a series of new features have appeared. At the same time the company is facing difficulties and challenges especially when facing more consulting projects. DTC needs to manage multiple projects in the pattern of consulting program to improve the management efficiency and achieve the strategic goal of the company. The research of the program management of DTC will be shown in the thesis. Hope to help the company enhance project management efficiency, accumulate strength, win the competition advantage, and obtain rapid development. The thesis starts with the research background and structure. On the basis of previous studies, theories of project management and consulting project management were introduced. Through the analysis of development history of management consulting companies and consulting project management of DTC company, it is concluded that DTC company needs to improve the management of consulting project by the standardize consulting program management to meet the demand of development. The thesis analyzes the goals of DTC company consulting program management, and studies the DTC consulting program selection, management implementation and continuous improvement. At the end of the thesis shows the summary and outlook. The main innovation is that this consulting program research is based on the growing characteristics of management consulting company.
