| 中文摘要: | 进入二十一世纪以来,随着社会对能源和电力依赖程度的不断加深以及环境压力的不断加大,如何在现有基础设施的基础上增加能效和绿色能源比例,给最终用户带来稳定可靠的能源体验变得愈来愈重要和迫切。作为全套解决方案的智能电网,从其诞生之初便吸引着全球的关注。 在新的社会发展下,电力系统也进行着不断地革新,能源结构调整、电能供应水平和电力革新水平不断进行着翻天覆地的升级。在今非昔比的市场面前,各个电网电力公司和研究机构纷纷根据自身的业务特点和长项,相对应的智能电网发展和技术框架的基本理念和相对应的产品系列,智能电网为目标的“三化”改造,实现自动化、信息化和互动化的技术提升,促进社会经济的进一步发展和提高,并一改老电网的低效、高耗的毛病,转变为低碳、低排放、低成本和高互动的升级电网。 然而智能电网这个年龄不满10岁的全球性新生概念和产业,在不同的土壤势必结出不同颜色的花朵。在其诞生地欧美各国,对于智能电网的概念和实施都有了8-9年的经验,并且根据各国的能源体系区别都有自身的特点。而智能电网产业在中国生根发芽不足5年,如何建设有中国特色的智能电网,不仅仅成为国家和政府的课题,也同样成为困扰各个跨国集团和研究机构的课题。在这方面的研究的投入也引领了近几年能源领域的研究方向。 本文依据战略管理的基本概念,主要是用内外部环境分析的方法,结合智能电网行业国内国外的发展形势,以及中国国内政策形势预期,为西门子公司在这片蓝海领域的战略设计和实施提供相对应的建议和意见,并根据西门子内部组织结构设置、业务部门设置,制定针对性的战略方针。 | |
| 英文摘要: | After Entry of 21st century, and with more dependence on power and more pressure of environment, it’s more and more urgent and necessary to bring end user of stable and reliable energy usage on base of energy efficiency and green power ratio added upon current infrastructure. Born as total solution, smart grid attracts the global focus. Our power industry is facing with new trend, including energy development, power supply, and power mode. Currently various companies and research institutes are all focusing on related smart grid development and technology framework principle as well as product solution, according to each business character and advantages. The same aim is to build up strong smart grid with information, automation, interaction, and also contribute to upgrading model power grid with efficiency, economy, and pureness from traditional grid mode. However, the concept of Smart Grid is less than 10 years old in global market, and the development will be definitely different due to different market. In the born place, Europe and USA, there has been over 8-9 years old project experience of smart grid concept and execution. But the smart grid entered China for less than 5 years. How to build up smart grid with China feature becomes the question to China government and society, as well as all the multi-nation companies and research institute. Investment in this field will lead the research direction in energy field in the following several years. The article referenced with strategy management concept, using SWOT environment analysis method, combining smart grid development trend domestic and abroad as well as internal policy forecast, dedicates to provide suggestion and idea of strategy making in this field, and also business unit restructure with pertinence. | |
