中文摘要：	VN公司是一家拥有文字识别技术的信息技术企业，基于该技术资源优势，VN公司从创建后就在该技术领域占得一席之地。从公司成立的第五年开始，企业规模急速扩张，短短三年内，员工数量增加三倍之多，但VN公司的盈利却相反下滑，这期间VN公司各种管理问题凸显，市场地位岌岌可危，于是VN公司经历了两年的裁员窘境。之后的七年内，VN公司选择了稳健策略，不再急剧规模扩张。直到2007年，VN公司在行业中的地位终于重新回归。本文第一章中给与了更详尽的背景介绍。基于VN公司为研究对象，本文力图通过研究企业在不同成长阶段的关键成长力因素，结合知识管理成熟度的五个等级、评估的四个层次，分别对VN公司在各个发展阶段的知识管理运作进行评析。在理论部分，本文首先介绍了知识及知识管理的基本概念和理论。在第二节介绍了企业知识管理领域的研究理论，包括知识管理成熟度的五等级和知识管理评估的四个层次；最后，对企业成长过程管理的阶段性给与了介绍和解释，并选定企业成长三阶段，即初创期、壮大期和发展期作为本文研究企业成长过程的基础。基于以上理论，本文在三个章节中分别讨论了VN公司的知识管理状况和影响因素，并给与了分析和研究。其中，在企业成长阶段的小节中，分析了竞争力以及企业在各个成长阶段的关键成长因素；在企业知识管理研究的小节中，分别分析了成熟度的五个等级以及四个层面的评估结果；最后在VN公司的知识管理评析小节中，从四个层面对VN的评估结果做了比较分析，并提出了部分建议。本文在最后的结束章节，对VN公司的知识管理的研究过程作了总结，对本文的意义进行了阐述。
英文摘要：	VN is an IT corporation founded in 1990. The company owns the technology of optical character recognition, and it was accounted for top 1 level company in the field of character recognition. After the five years it was founded, the corporation was scaled rapidly, and the number of employees grew by three times during the three years. But the corporation’s total earnings were not accompanied by triple. Meanwhile during this period, VN’s internal managing problems came out more and more, and its prominent market position had not been existed any more. So the company had to take layoffs since 1998 to 2000. Within the seven years after that, the VN Company grows steadily each year. And finally in 2007, VN Company finally returns back to the top 1 level in the market from 2007 until today. The detailed background information will be described in the Chapter I. Based on VN Corporation, this thesis tries to research the key growth factors at different enterprise developing stages. Meanwhile, the thesis is to analyze knowledge management and operation at different enterprise development stage, through combining five levels of knowledge management maturity and four levels of evaluation respectively. In the Chapter II, it is the theoretical part of this thesis. Firstly it introduces the basic concepts and theories of knowledge and knowledge management. Followed in the second section, the thesis introduces the theory of enterprise knowledge management, including five knowledge management maturities and four levels of evaluation. Finally, it interpret the stages of the business growth management, and selected the three stages modules, namely the start-up period, the expanding period and developing period as the basis of this research. Based on the above theories, Chapter III, IV and V, respectively, discuss the VN’s situation and its influencing factors, and then conduct according analysis and research. In the sections of enterprise growth stage, enterprise competency force and growth factors are analyzed. In the stage of enterprise knowledge management, it respectively discusses five levels of knowledge management maturity and four levels of evaluation result. In the final section, it conducts comparing and analysis to the four levels of evaluation results as well as gives the opinions and conclusions. Finally, in the concluding part, the VN knowledge management process is summarized in accordance with the research in the above Chapters.
