中文摘要：	生产物流管理在企业日常的工作管理中的一项重要职能，对帮助企业的提高生产经营活动，改善企业的效益发挥了重要作用。伴随管理知识和工业技术的发展、市场环境变化，以前那种传统的生产物流管理方法已经呈现出无法适应市场竞争及企业自身发展需要的趋势。因此很多企业，特别是制造类型行业的公司已开始研究如何提高生产物流管理模式。 本文以铁克公司作为研究对象，分析研究其原有生产物流管理模式中存在的问题，对其生产物流管理体系进行优化，从组织结构和生产物流过程管理两个主要方面提出了具体的优化方案。 首先，本文提出组织结构的优化是企业生产物流管理体系优化的前提和基础，因而提出精益化、快速化、扁平化的组织结构优化方案。 其次，本文对铁克公司的生产物流管理体系的优化分别从需求管理、采购管理、计划管理和现场的物流管理四个方面着手进行研究，结合其现场情况有针对性的提出了解决对策。针对需求管理，提出优化组织结构来改善对需求分析的有效性提高。采购管理优化了采购周期和预测准确性的提高。计划管理方面，有针对提出了改变生产计划管理的思维模式、完善计划的制定方法、加强计划的协调与控制机制等方案。对于现场物流改善则提出了平准化生产以及看板拉动系统的方案实施。 最后，文章对铁克公司生产物流管理体系的优化方案付诸实施，并已初步取得了改善效果。 本文针对铁克公司的实际情况进行研究，研究成果对铁克公司具有现实的指导意义。同时，本文的研究也对许多存在类似问题的制造企业具有一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	The production logistics management is a real important function in the production control for many companies, which also play a key role of guiding the production and operation activities as well as enhancing the company benefits. With the development of economy and technology in a changeable market environment, the traditional production management method shows a trend that it cannot match the demands of a more competitive market. Therefore many enterprises, especially the manufacturing company, begin to probe the new mode of production logistics system. This thesis takes TieKe Company as the object of study, analyzing the original problems existing in the original production logistics system, and putting forward concrete optimizing schemes mainly from two aspects: organization structure and production logistics system. Firstly, the thesis points the optimization organization structure as the base in the production logistics management system. Thus according to this rule, the thesis puts leanization, speedization, flation which three disciplines as improvement base. Secondly, the thesis separately analyzes demands management, purchase management, production plan control and WIP logistics with regard to TieKe Company production logistics management system as well as putting the resolving methods. Finally, the thesis also carries out the improvement actions in mentioned aspects, and takes better results. The thesis takes probe with regard to TieKe Company, its research result is advantageous in guiding real operation TieKe Company as well as other manufacturing enterprises with similar problems.
