中文摘要:随着市场竞争的日益激烈,越来越多的企业开始重视企业文化的发展,将企业文化作为企业核心竞争力。但是如何发展具有企业特色的企业文化,让其真正成为促进企业发展的动力,是企业面临的一个严峻考验。 优秀的企业文化能够营造良好的企业环境,提高员工的文化素养和道德水准,对内形成凝聚力、向心力和约束力,对企业产生积极的作用,使企业资源得到合理的配置,从而提高企业的竞争力。在经济快速发展的大背景下,企业不但要建立符合自身发展的企业文化,更要抓住主动权,定期对发展中的企业文化进行审视和调整,不断创新企业文化,才能实现企业文化质的飞跃,将企业文化的作用发挥得淋漓尽致。 本文以民营企业T公司为研究对象,描述了该公司企业文化的特点以及企业文化对公司经营管理产生的深远影响。分析企业文化发展短期存在的问题和今后将面临的挑战,给出了相应的建议。 本文希望通过对T公司具有代表性的民营企业文化的分析和建议,为T公司企业文化的发展工作提供参考,同时也希望通过本文的研究,为其它民营企业文化的发展提供借鉴。 
英文摘要:With the increasingly fierce competition of the market,more and more erterprises begin to pay attention to the development of corporate culture.They look corporate culture as the core competitiveness of the enterprises.But the erterprises are facing a severe test.The test is how to develop a corporate culture of enterprise features which can truly become the promoting power of the enterprise development. Outstanding corporate culture may creat excellent business environment,improve the culture quality and moral level of its staff, shape up coherence force, centripetal force and restriction force, creat a positive effect to the company, make reasonable configuration to corporate resources, therefore enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Under the background of rapid economic development,enterprises not only should establish a corporate culture in line with their own development,but also have to seize the initiative,to exam and adjust on the development of corporate culture on a regular basis,to innovate corporate culture,thus can achieve the qualitative leap of corporate culture,make the role of corporate culture on its head. The thesis appoints private enterprise T as research subject.It describes the features of the corporate culture and the profound impact of the corporate on the company management.The thesis analyzes the short-term problems and future challenges of the development of the corporate culture,gives thecorresponding recommendations. The thesis aims to provide reference to the future development of T company through the analysis and suggestion on corporate culture of representative T company,and also hope that through this study,to provide a reference to other private enterprises.
