中文摘要:2008年金融危机之后全球各国经济持续低迷,企业面临的市场环境愈发的不容乐观,为了争夺有限的市场,企业间的竞争越来越激烈。在这样的背景下,企业意识到只有通过提升自身的竞争力,才有可能在残酷的市场竞争中占得一席之地。而科学的供应链管理被认为是提高竞争力的有效方法之一,引起了企业的广泛关注和重视,纷纷将其作为重要的管理工作之一。本文结合供应链管理的思想,对在津投资的一家德国独资公司的供应链分别从内部和外部两个方面进行了研究,希望借此可以帮助公司实现供应链的整体优化和整合,从而实现竞争力的提升。本文首先对T公司供应链的特征及面临的问题进行了分析,认识到T公司作为供应链上的一个节点企业,只有整条供应链的竞争优势得到提升,T公司的竞争力才可以最大程度的得到提高。即T公司必须从整条供应链的角度考虑,除自身内部供应链的优化与改善之外,还需要重视外部供应链的改善并与上下游供应商和客户进一步建立长期战略合作伙伴关系。具体分别从内部供应链的生产方式、计划和库存管理,现场管理以及外部供应链的供应商及客户协调与控制等方面分别进行逐一研究。在研究过程中,结合T公司自身特点,灵活运用了很多供应链管理的先进理念和方法,如看板管理、VMI、业务外包和第三方物流等,梳理了供应链上诸多环节的问题,并提出相应的改善建议,为T公司及其他中小型制造企业在供应链上的优化提供了较大的实际意义。 
英文摘要:The global economy remains in the doldrums after the financial crisis in 2008, the market environment which enterprises are facing, is becoming less and less optimistic. In order to compete for a limited market, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Under this background, enterprises realize that the only way to occupy a place in the brutal market competition is to improve their own competitive ability. Scientific supply chain management which is considered to be one of the effective methods to improve the competitive ability, attracts widely concern and attention by enterprises, and many enterprises have put SCM as one of the important management works. Combining the idea of supply chain management, this thesis does a study on supply chain of a wholly German-owned company from two respects internal supply chain and external supply chain. Hoping to help the company to achieve its supply chain overall optimization and integration, so as to enhance its competitive ability. Firstly the thesis analyses the supply chain characteristics of T company and the problems T company is facing. By analysis, T company recognizes that it as a node enterprise in the whole supply chain, only by enhancing the whole supply chain competitive advantage, its competitive ability would get the maximum improvement. So T company should consider from the point of view of the entire supply chain, namely not only focus on its internal supply chain’s optimization and improvement, but also should pay more attention on external chain’s improvement, further build up long-term strategic partnership with upstream suppliers and downstream customers. Make a detailed study from production mode, planning and inventory management, spot management of internal supply chain and suppliers and customers to coordination and control of external supply chain. During the process of the study, combined with T company's own characteristics, use flexibly a lot of advanced supply chain management theories and methods, such as Kanban management, VMI, Business Outsourcing and Third-party logistics. Combing many links in the supply chain of T company, and put forward some improvement proposals accordingly, which will provide a practical significance for T company’s supply chain optimization as well as other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
